The polished floorboards throughout this charming cottage give it a great "beachy" feel. It's easy to relax in one of the 5 comfy couches inside, or take a good book out to the back decking and enjoy some time away from it all!
With 2 living rooms and 2 televisions, this house will please families. Everyone will enjoy the decking areas and new gas BBQ.
You can enjoy Sylvan On Rye in both Summer and Winter with a cosy wood-fired heater, gas heating or reverse-cycle air-conditioning if you prefer.
This beach house comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 4 children but we recommend no more than 6 adults.
Bdrm 1 has Queen bed
Bdrm 2 has 2 bunks (4 singles)
Bdrm 3 has Queen bed.
Each bedroom has new beds, mattresses, doonas and pillows.

Sylvan On Rye is only 700m from the front beach and about 1.5 km to Safeway and many cafes. There is a terrific (flat) bike track that runs along the foreshore and cinemas in nearby Rosebud. Scenic Arthur's Seat is 15 minutes drive in one direction and stylish Sorrento is about the same distance in the other direction. There are often festivals and markets to enjoy along the Mornington Peninsula.
