This apartment is located in Bondi, Sydney\'s famous beach, offers great value accommodation for up to 6 persons and is 7 mins on the 380 bus to Sydney\'s CBD and attractions.

The apartment is self service but you can also choose to have the apartment serviced each week, or each day for an extra fee.

A 10 minute walk in either direction (900m) will take you to the famous Bondi Beach, parks, and excellent shopping. Post Office, supermarkets, dry cleaners, take-away food, cafes, restaurants, pubs and bottle shops are located on the buildings doorstep.

Min booking is one week unless there is a gap in the calendar. Prices may vary at peak times eg Christmas, Mardi Gras please for rates.

This self service 3 bedroom apartment has recently been renovated to exceptional standard. Quality linen and towels are supplied on arrival. The brand new kitchen offers modern appliances with quality fittings. Plush woolen carpet throughout, and plenty of light. The open plan living/dining area offers great entertaining and relaxation space. Enjoy 360 degrees of breathtaking views while taking a swim in the rooftop pool.

Bondi Beach has fashionable boutiques and practical shops, banks, post office, supermarket, dry cleaners and internet cafe\'s on your doorstep. Only 10 minutes away, the city boasts numerous attractions including museums and cultural activities aswell as a vibrant and varied nightlife.

The apartment is only 800m from the famous Bondi Beach and 7kms from Sydney City: 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus or train. Its only a few minutes to Bondi Junction with it\'s train station and ultra-modern shopping centre. Buses run every 5 - 30 minutes 24 hours a day right outside the building.

There are two Golf Courses within 10-15 minutes walk with the spectacular Sydney Harbour and its secluded harbour beaches close by. There are spectacular cliff top walks available from the beach north to the historic harbour fishing village of Watson’s Bay and south to the equally magnificent beaches of Tamarama, Bronte and Coogee.

Bondi Holiday Apartment is available for a minimum booking of 7 nights.

A 50% non-refundable deposit will secure your booking.
We accept all credit cards or bank cheques.

Full payment of balance is required on arrival and a $500 fullyrefundable bond is required on arrival against damage and breakages.

Check in from 2.00pm
Check out by 10.00am or by arrangement with the Manager.

No pets allowed.

No Smoking inside the apartment or common areas of the building. There is a $500 fine for smoking.

Bookings of less than 7 days may be available between weekly bookings (see calendar). The daily rates of less than one week will be charged as a portion of the weekly rate plus 15%.

Clean linen and towels are supplied on arrival, however weekly change over of fresh supplies can be arranged at time of arrival. A cost of $100 per change over applies.

The apartment sleeps up to 6 persons.
