Welcome to 18 Aztec Island Retreat - a luxury canal side property complete with own private jetty.
The property consists of four beautifully appointed bedrooms, one queen size, one double and four king single beds.
The masterbedroom has its own ensuite, the second bathroom has a separate toilet .
Enjoy cooking in the well appointed kitchen which overlooks the canal or relax in the comfortable sunken lounge. In summer dine on the large covered balcony and watch the dolphins, pelicans and birdlife, and in winter, enjoy the north facing enclosed atrium complete with heater.
Aztec Island is 5 minute's drive to a large supermarket and a great restaurant, or a brisk 15 minute walk to the capuccino strip in Mandurah. If you are feeling like some exercise why not use the two bicycles provided?!
Please note that as the property opens onto the canal and there is no barrier between the property and the water, it is probably more suitable for families without small children.
Aztec Island Retreat would be wonderfully suitable for honeymoon couples who would just like to relax.
The property is unavailable to groups of under 30 year olds including school leavers.
