An eco-cultural-tourst destination, the house is situated amongst 50 acres of raw bush land and has it's own natural amphitheatre. 1 minute drive to the beach at Injidup or a brisk 10 minute walk or a carefree stroll around the peaceful bush surround.

Your beach house accommodation is located conveniently 5 minutes off Caves Road, allowing a convient drive to the South Wests best wineries, retaurants. Dunsborough, Yallingup and Margaret River all approximantley 20 minutes away.

Large entertaining areas back on to an extra large kitchen. Perfect for entertaining, family feasts or romantic candle lit dinners. Expansive balconies offer amazing views from every level of the house. Sun bake, practice yoga by day or watch in amazement the galaxy of stars that cover the night sky.

Please note that this property require a refundable bond of $1000 as well as a non refundable booking fee of $60.
A $250 cleaning surcharge will be include for stays 2 nights or less.

Property can cater upto 16 people with the additional Seachange Shack included for a nightly price of $795.00
