Following two years of restoration, Price Morris Cottage was officially opened on the 3rd April, 2004 by Dick Smith the Great Australian and Aviator. Perfect for couples, adult groups with hobbies etc mountain bike riding, bush walking, birdwatching,art,photography,spinning.
When you walk into Price Morris Cottage you are entering another century.
This wattle and daub timber cottage is the only one of its type and age in NSW where people can come and stay and experience the simple things of life. . . .
All rooms are furnished in the style of yesteryear. The washroom is located in the restored dairy.

Price Morris an emancipist farmer was granted 50 acres of farmland to produce vegetables, fruit and meat for the new settlement of Sydney Town.
This house was lived in continuously until 1972 by 6 generations of the Morris family.
Until 2004 there was no electricity no running water no bathroom or laundry and only a pit toilet. The restoration of the cottage required a fine balance of the old and new.
