Located on the shores of Jervis Bay this comfortable beach house combines the beach and the bush and is an easy two and a half hour drive to Sydney and three hours to Canberra.

Located 150 metres from Greenfields Beach and the National Park and 200 metres from Blenheim Beach, this three bedroom, two bathroom home has a number of separate entertaining areas that include large decks at the rear of the house that provide a restful ambience for barbecues and entertaining with plenty of room for the whole family to spread out and relax. The house includes a spa, a full well equipped kitchen and has been tastefully furnished. For the cooler months the enclosed fireplace adds to the holiday mood.

The house overlooks the beach and the Booderee National Park. You could choose to take a twenty minute walk along a foreshore bush trail to Hyams Beach which boasts the whitest sands in the world. Possums and beautiful King parrots may visit as you enjoy a cool drink on the deck and watch the sunset after your walk.

You will be close to a range of restaurants and facilities that include a swimming pool and gymnasium complex and a 24 hour supermarket for any last minute shopping. If you intend to stay for a while you may wish to visit Berry or Kangaroo Valley and shop for antiques and enjoy lunch in a country hotel. Naturally, you could make use of the outdoor sport and recreation facilities on offer that includes fishing, surfing, golf or outstanding scuba diving.

As suggested in the name, Cloud 9 provides and opportunity for a well earned rest in a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy and extensive range of pursuits that should satisfy all needs and interests.

Booking Conditions

To secure a booking we require a 50% deposit within 4 working days of booking being made with the remainder of the tariff due and payable 14 day prior to your stay.

If booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to stay - deposit is forfeited.

If booking is cancelled with less than 30 days notice, 100% of tariff is due and payable.

No shows will not receive a refund of any monies.

This property does not accept pets in or on the porperty and any guest found with pets will have their tenancy cancelled and a refund of money will not be issued.
