This early 1900,s cottage was built by renowned Victorian architect Norman Hitchcock, and is noted with The Heritage Council of WA. This property itself is situated in a quiet street within the upmarket Plymton Ward of East Fremantle, and is surrounded by a variety of award winning restaurants and boutique specialty shops and pubs. The "Cottage" been wonderfully renovated and modernized with original period features, including soaring ceilings, polished timber floors, and open fire places. The decor is beautifully appointed and the Kitchen and Bathroom are both fully modernized. For alfresco entertaining it has a rear patio and garden with a BBQ. "Cottage on Sewell" is within easy walking distance to Fremantle, and the Swan river is at the end of the street.
