Set high on the hill in Forster Heights in an area known as Angler's Paradise, this large house is spacious and light-filled.
Forster is a popular area of the Mid-North Coast. Having access to both fabulous beaches and Wallis Lake there is plenty to do for all holidaymakers. Several boat ramps are nearby as are fabulous beaches, which are patrolled in season. Great seafood is a feature of Forster-Tuncurry and there are several excellent restaurants. Sporting facilities include two 18 hole golf courses and water activities.
Main Beach, One Mile Beach, Forster Golf Course, Forster Bowling Club and the new Stockland shopping mall are all only a two minutes' drive away from this centrally located house.
This two storey house sits on a hill and enjoys fantastic lake views. It has recently been painted inside.
The upstairs is the main living area. There are three bedrooms upstairs. The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds.
The living/dining area is open plan and has windows on all sides. Ceiling fans in the living areas and all the bedrooms help keep you cool when the seabreezes decide not to favour Forster. There is an LCD television here.
The kitchen is off the dining area. It has a dishwasher, a new gas stove, and a microwave oven, and has plenty of cutlery, crockery and pots and pans to cook up a storm during your holiday here.
A balcony runs the width of the house and has great views of the lake, the bridge and the hinterland.
Downstairs there is a large fourth bedroom. It has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. There is also another living area with another television as well as a DVD player. There is a showerroom with a vanity and a separate toilet off this room.
Also downstairs there is a SLUG. There is parking outside for 2-3 vehicles as well. The laundry is also downstairs and is off the garage. It has a tub, washing machine and extra extendaline clothesline in case of adverse weather. There is plenty of room to store surfboards and bikes downstairs.

The yard is large and fully fenced. It is surrounded by frangipani trees.

No need to bring your sheets and make your beds after a long drive here. Bedlinen is included and the beds will be made up for you.
Port-a-cots and highchairs are available ($20.00 per stay each) but must be requested on booking.
