Tabitha Hill is a restored 2 bedroom cottage (circa 1918) located at Bellbird at the southern end of the Hunter Valley Vineyards. Access is via the F3, approximately 90 mins from Hornsby. On an elevated site, with views from the Brokenback Range to Mt Sugarloaf, it is the perfect base for a short holiday or weekend escape.

The cottage is located 9 mins from Cessnock along Wollombi Road. It is 15 mins from Cessnock Airport and the Tourist Information Centre and the Lovedale wine district. From there it is a short distance to the beautiful Hunter Valley Gardens and the Pokolbin area vineyards. Other wine areas including Wollombi, Rothbury and Broke/Fordwitch are also within a short drive. Attractions in the area include many restaurants, galleries, golfing, hot air ballooning and cycling.

Tabitha Hill Cottage has two bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed, the other with two King single sized beds.

The lounge is equipped with a double sofa bed. One bedroom has a split-system air conditioner. The other has a fan and heater. The living area has a split-system air conditioner, TV and DVD player.

The living area contains comfortable seating as well as facilities for dining. The verandahs provide extra living areas. The side verandah is screened and has comfortable seating. It looks out on to a garden of ferns and other shade-loving plants. The back verandah has a gas BBQ and facilities for outdoor dining.

The toilet, shower and vanity facilities are each separate within the bathroom area. This pattern makes it ideal for either couples or families. A laundry with washing machine and dryer is provided. Towels and linen are supplied.
The kitchen is fully equipped for the use of guests. Equipment includes stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and jug as well as basic cooking utensils.
Off-street parking on a hardened area is provided at the rear of the Cottage.
