This older style renovated timber home is casual and beachy.
Its secluded position ensures peace and privacy.
Watch the sunrise out from the Pacific Ocean.
Sit in the double size outdoor bath overlooking the sea .
Watch dolphins and whales from there or the cozy daybed....
There are three different outdoor eating areas and a lovely eat in kitchen.
The living room looks out to sea and has a ping pong table and cable televion.(Austar)
Its a peaceful quiet area but very close to two cafes and a
twenty minute walk along the beach into central Byron Bay.
Bedrooms;
The Pacific room has stunning ocean views and the sound of waves crashing metres away(queen size bed)
The Tree room has an ensuite and and is up in the tree canopy and opens onto a private deck........(king size bed)
The Sunset room has a queen sized bed and estuary glimpses and access to the tree deck.
These are the premium rooms.
The Yellow room has a double bed and is downstairs with no outlook.

This is a non smoking house.....and is casual,not glitzy and stainless steel....
Furniture is antique,not smick and modern.
Sorry,but no parties or functions are allowed at Chinas Place.
Dogs may be allowed for an extra fee......just ask.......
The one bedroom flat underneath the house is occupied by myself,but dont worry,your privacy and peace is assured...........this flat has its own private entrance and no access to the beach or garden overlooking the beach........
