Foreshore Court is a modern 3 bedroom townhouse within an absolute breach front complex, on the North Entrance beach.

This house is great for family holidays, relax and enjoy your holiday completely, with your own private 5 person spa pool in the courtyard and a solar heated swimming pool in the complex.

A sandy beach path leads directly from the complex onto the sand of The North Entrance Beach. This is a beautiful long surf beach, wih surf life savers patrolling in summer months. The flags are within easy reach, located just a few metres from our path entry.

The beach at The North Entrance is often almost deserted, exuding that 'laid back, I'm on holidays' feeling. A fabulous bike path runs along the length of Tuggerah Lakes, which is only a couple of minutes from the house. There is also a great kids playground across the road.

The Entrance with all its restaurants, cafes and bars is only about 12 minutes walk away. There are also lots of great family atractions there including a water playground, pelican feeding daily, rides and outdoor kids shows and bands on weekends.

About the house

The house is modern and airy, with tiled floors in the living area and large bi-fold doors opening out onto the deck, enabling in door/ out door living.
There is air conditioning throughout for summer and under-floor heating for winter.
The house sleeps 8: Bedroom 1: queen bed; Bedroom 2: queen bed; Bedroom 3: 2 x single bunks (room sleeps 4)
Bathrooms: 2 modern bathrooms, one with a bath tub
Kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, microwave, stove, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils.
Dining: spacious 8 seat dining table
Lounge: leather lounges, TV, DVD, board games, DVDs, CDs, kids toys, books
Private Courtyard: deck, 5 person spa pool, gas BBQ, 8 person outdoor setting
Laundry: Washing machine
Swimming Pool: The complex offers a shared solar heated swimming pool with pool fence.
Car park: There is one undercover parking space within the complex, plus guest parking.

For our younger guests there is a portable cot, child gate, a high chair plus toys, DVD's and books for kids.

You are welcome to bring your own towels and sheets/ pillow cases for 2 x queen bed and 4 x single beds. You may also bring sheets for the porta cot, if required. Quilts and quilt covers are provided.

If you wish to use our sheets and towels, they are available at the property. The cost is $5 per bed (beds are not pre made) $2 per towel.

Please bring your own toiletries.

GROUP BOOKINGS

The townhouse and complex amenitites are for the use of booked guests only, additional visitors to the property are not allowed. If the number of guests at the property exceeds 8 people, bookings may be cancelled immediately and rental payment and bond will be forfeited.

Please note, we do not accept 'schoolies' or groups under 24 years of age. As Foreshore Court is a shared holiday and residential complex, this property is not suitable for 'party weekends'.
