Our self-contained Beaumaris accomodation with separate driveway and entrance offers 3 bedrooms.One with King bed and ensuite and verandah to sit and enjoy the morning sun and birdsong, one large bedroom with Queen bed ( can have 2 K. singles) and third bedroom with 2 king singles. All linen supplied.Main bathroom has separate shower and bath.
Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher,fridge/freezer, microwave, wall oven and hot plates.
Kitchen,dining and comfortable lounge room face onto delightful private northfacing courtyard with outdoor entertaining setting and barbecue facilities.
T.V., stereo, DVD and telephone (local calls only)
Ducted heating and airconditioning.
Off street parking and secure lock up garage.

Minutes to superb major golf courses, beaches, sailing clubs, cafes and restaurants. Close to local bus and train services.
Take a drive down the coast to visit wineries and Historic homesteads or take the train to spend the day touring the vibrant city of Melbourne.

  • "My family and I stayed at the Beaumaris Bayside B&B for a total of 6 days in April 2011. We had a total of 4 adults, a 4 year old and a 16 month old toddler. Wayne and Kathy's B&B had everything we needed from a baby's high chair to a portable cot and a stairway safety gate. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was large enough for us to cook nice meals instead of having to eat out. I highly recommend the Beaumaris Bayside B&B over hotels. It's more cost effective, more comfortable and the property owners are wonderful people."

  • "As a family of 6, 4 adults and young 2 children, we found this a great property to stay at. It was light and spacious, lovely sized rooms, and based in a good location. Nice outside area for running around, BBQ and dinners outside. About 5 mins drive to train station, about 30 mins to city, and beaches nearby. Wayne and Kathy were very helpful, from quick replies and helpful info when booking, to very useful info when we were there. We have no hesitation in recommending this property."
