This architect designed home is located on the shores of Smiths Lake. Its large open plan living area flows to large covered decks on both levels, with northerly views to the lake.

Huge gourmet kitchen, dining for ten, four bedrooms, two bathrooms.

Right on the water...

Fifty metres from the back door you will find the shores of Smiths Lake. On the path to the lake you will find some kayaks, please feel free to use them.

Go for a paddle in the late afternoon and see the sunset from the water, or first thing in the morning is a great way to start the day!

Loads of space!

Living areas and two bedrooms on each level. Upstairs has a large kitchen and lounge opening to a big north facing deck. Downstairs has another living room, with slow combustion fireplace, and another large deck.

Upstairs: Bed 1 with Queen Bed, Bed 2 with two singles.
Downstairs: Bed 3 with Queen Bed, Bed 4 with four singles (bunks)

  • "We would highly recommend Warrawee for a holiday. It's a beautiful, peaceful house, with everything provided that you could possibly need. The views were gorgeous and we loved all the visiting birds! Everything was so easy and relaxing. The beds were comfy, the sofa fabulous and we loved cooking in the great kitchen. The kids loved the kayaks, and we had some great paddles on the lake, fabulous family time. I still can't believe how warm the water was, like a warm bath! Thank you Michael for sharing your beautiful house and for your friendliness. It was a pleasure to deal with you. We will definitely be back again! Maybe in winter so we can sit around the fire in the evenings and do more of the local bushwalks."

  • "We holidayed at Smith Lake in 2009 and loved it. This year we came back with another family (4 adults and 4 small children)so we needed a house to accomodate all with space and it had to be waterfront.I sourced out Warrawee for layout and being modern and it worked really well. The house is large with each family having a level for sleeping and bathrooms. The large decks were perfect, gave extra area for the children to play and view the wild birds and possums. The modern kitchen was fantastic, we all enjoyed cooking together with loads of space. I was very please with the quality of the house and furnishings. We all had a great holiday together at Smiths Lake."

The house has a very well equipped kitchen with facilities to cook up a storm if you wish. The block runs down to the lake's edge and is in a very quiet part of Smiths Lake.
