Built in 2007, this architect designed home is located on the shores of Smiths Lake. Its large open plan living area flows to large covered decks on both levels, with northerly views through the trees to the lake.

Huge gourmet kitchen, dining for ten, four bedrooms, two bathrooms.

Right on the water...

Fifty metres from the back door you will find the shores of Smiths Lake. On the path to the lake you will find some kayaks, please feel free to use them.

Go for a paddle in the late afternoon and see the sunset from the water, or first thing in the morning is a great way to start the day!

Loads of space!

Living areas and two bedrooms on each level. Upstairs has a large kitchen and lounge opening to a big north facing deck. Downstairs has another living room, with slow combustion fireplace, and another large deck.

Upstairs: Bed 1 with Queen Bed, Bed 2 with two singles.
Downstairs: Bed 3 with Queen Bed, Bed 4 with four singles (bunks)

"A beautiful lakeside home, very modern, tastefully furnished with balconies on both levels overlooking the bush and the lake. The house has a very well equipped kitchen with facilities to cook up a storm if you wish. The block runs down to the lake's edge and is in a very quiet part of Smiths Lake. The kookaburras are extremely friendly."
