Just 1 hour on the freeway north of Sydney, this beautiful luxury waterfront retreat is located in a secluded area of Bonnells Bay.

This exceptional lake front luxury home is truly paradise. Enjoy all of its modern indulgences and spectacular lake views from the expansive indoor and outdoor living areas and wake up to them upstairs with uninterrupted lake views from the master bedroom and private deck.

Spend your day out on the lake in the dinghy, kayaking in the calm waters, fishing off the private jetty, relaxing on the day bed on the balcony, lounging on the deck chairs on the private deck off the master bedroom, or simply lie on one of the comfortable leather lounges overlooking the calm waters of the bay or watching DVDs on one of the 3 plasma TVs.

Sooth yourself in the afternoon in the shade of the oak trees or relax your cares away in the spa bath.

Cancellation terms

Cancellation Fee of $30 applies to all cancelled bookings

Low Season -

21 - 60 days prior to arrival - 50% of deposit

Up to 21 days prior to arrival - 100% of deposit

Within 7 days prior to arrival and thereafter - 100% of total price

High Season -

A cancellation fee of 100% of total price applies 30 days prior to arrival date

These fees will not apply if accomodation is rebooked by another party or you choose to rebook for another date within the following 12 month period.
