90 mins north of Sydney is the wonderful Central Coast. This Family Fun Retreat of 4 acres is only 1min drive from gorgeous surfing beachs - Forresters Beach, Shelly Beach, Wamberal and Terrigal Beach, Toowoon Bay Beach which is great for small children, Bateau Bay, Spoon Bay and The Entrance.

The house has 3 bedrooms, one with king size bed, the other 2 bedrooms sleep 3. Plasma screen TV with DVD & video. Fridge, dishwasher and microwave and laundry with all appliances. Crockery, cutlery, all linen and pillows supplied.

RECREATION

For the sporting enthusiasts we have a BBQ & outdoor setting, quarter size olympic pool, full size tennis court, 200m golf driving range to practise on. Swing set, tramoline, bikes, balls, lots and lots of room to run and play. Fenced smaller yard area to keep an eye on the kids. There are more outside activites to keep everybody busy (if you want!).
A short drive, there are spectacular golf courses and even a putt putt just around the corner with driving range/golf course too.

AND THERE IS MORE

Beautiful family beachs for swimming, snorkeling or fishing. All fitness levels of bush walking trails all around the coast. Fantastic local fishing in either the ocean or the lakes, and close to boat ramps both North and South.
If you feel like getting out of the sun, there is always ten pin bowling very close, Bateau Bay shopping centre about 4mins away with a good array of shopping, then 10 mins is Erina Fair with a tremendous selection of shops, movie theatres, clothing stores, ice skating, cafes and restaurants, with so much more on the coast to see and do.
Westfields Tuggerah is a 15min drive away.
The Famous Terrigal Beach is a 5min drive away with wonderful outdoor cafes and restaurants and exclusive shops.
