90 mins north of Sydney is the wonderful Central Coast. This Family Fun Retreat of 4 acres is only 2 mins drive from great surfing beachs like Forrester Beach, Shelly beach, a touch further is Wamberal and Terrigal Beachs one way and the other Toowoon Bay (great for young kids), Bateau Bay, Spoon Bay and The Entrance.
BEACH SIDE ATMOSPHERE ON 4 ACRES ! WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT ?
The house has 3 bedroom, one with king size bed, 2 bedrooms each of them sleep 3. Plasma screen tv with DVD(lots of chioce), video(kids ones), and playstation 2 (with a couple of games). Large fridge, dishwasher and microwave with all appliances. Crockery and cutlery supplied as well as all linen, pillows and towels.

SPORTING ENTHUSIAST

For the sporting enthusiast we have BBQ, outdoor setting, quarter side solar heated olympic pool, full size tennis court, for the golf lover, 200m driving range to practise on. Swing set, tramoline, bikes, balls, lots and lots of room to run and play. The back yard to the house is fenced for a smaller area to keep an eye on the kids. There is more outside activites to keep everybody buzy (if you want!).
A short drive, there is spactacular golf courses and even a putt putt just around the corner with driving range/golf course.

AND THERE IS MORE

Beautiful family beachs for swimming, snorkeling or fishing, need a bush walk to get work out of the head! there are great trails all around the coast. Fantastic local fishing in either the ocean or the lakes, and close to boat ramps both North and South.
If you feel like getting out of the sun, there is always ten pin bowling just up the road, Bateau Bay shopping centre about 4mins away with a good array of shopping, then 10 mins is Erina Fair with a tramendous selection of shops, movie theatres, clothing stores, ice skating, cafes and restaurants, with so much more on the coast to see and do.
Westfields Tuggurah is a 15min drive away
The Famous Terrigal Beach is a 5min drive away with wonderful outdoor cafes and restaurants and little exclusive shops
