Northface 2 is a two bedroom Duplex unit with spectacular lake and mountain views.
This beautiful unit is only 5 minutes drive from shops and restaurants of Jindabyne and 30 minutes drive from either ski resort, close enough for convenience and far enough for the quiet enjoyment of the mountains and lake.
The unit is heated by a gas heater in the living area, and oil heaters in each of the bedrooms, and the games room.
The lake is almost at the door, just a short walk down the road and your there, great for summer waterskiing, fishing or just a peaceful walk in the afternoon.
This is a NON SMOKING UNIT.
INCLUSIONS
On the ground floor there is a double garage, own laundry with washer and dryer, and an extra shower and toilet.
The games room/kids retreat is complete with lounges, bean bags and a TV (only suitable for gaming console) great for that extra space.
The living area has the lounge room with a large balcony, TV DVD, stereo, gas heating, also a powder room and drying room.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all with microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven and fridge/freezer.
The top floor has the bedrooms and main bathroom with bath, shower, double basins and a toilet.
The huge main bedroom has a queen bed and beautiful views over the lake from your own balcony.
Bedroom 2 has a tri bunk (double on the bottom, and single on top) and a single bed.
Both bedrooms have electric column heaters.
Northface 2 can comfortable cater for and sleep 7 people.
BOOKING DETAILS
A minimum 2 nights booking is required.
A deposit is required at time of booking with the balance paid 7 days prior to date of booking.
Rates include towels and all linen.
Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am.
