  • "We were pleasantly surprised how clean, tidy and comfortable the house was. It was a great location, near the beach and the outlook from the verandah was very relaxing. The rabbits were so plentiful and friendly that our dog Buddy just ignored them - we couldn't believe it! Anyway thanks Yvonne, we will be back!"

  • "We stayed at Seagull Cottage during the September school holidays and enjoyed our stay immensely. The cottage was very comfortable and we loved our daily walks to the nearby Ventnor beach. Our little dog Molly also loved the beach and chasing the rabbits out of the backyard. Everything you need was there, from books to games and all your cooking needs. We especially loved using the Kettle BBQ with the wood collection. Thanks for our wonderful accommodation."

  • "The cottage was in a fantastic location - only minutes to the beach which was a great walking spot for our dog.The house itself was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and effective heating.It was lovely lying in bed of a morning and looking through the trees to the sea and across the water the Mornington Peninsula.We feel very rested after our stay and Sophie our dog enjoyed exploring a new "neighbourhood"."

  • "We had a great time at Seagull cottage. The owners were very accommodating and our dog was well set up in the dog run and enjoyed having daily walks on the beach. The kitchen/lounge is cosy, but very well equipped and there was an excellent supply of board games!"

  • "Friendly, accomodating and generous owner. We stayed for 3 wet, windy freezing nights- except we were cosy and warm with plenty of heaters and doonas. Lots of windows in living area and main bedroom make cottage feel more spacious than it is. A dryer would have been great but otherwise everything we needed was provided and in good condition. Budget prices with better than expected facilities. Thanks again Yvonne, we'd love to stay again."
