The Penthouse boasts possibly the best accommodation in the area along with resort pool, the only pool in 1770.

Sovereign Lodge is the closest accommodation to the marina, and just 100 meters from the local café and bar, deli and gourmet café.

Apartment 1- Lombok (sleeps 2 guests)
The Lombok Apartment has impressive ocean views, a large double bedroom, lounge area, and spacious bathroom. There is a kitchenette and dining area, this is one of the most popular apartments for couples wanting a luxury room with a view, and not requiring extra space of the penthouse.

Apartment 2-Grajagan (sleeps 4 guests)
Next to the Lombok Apartment is the ‘Grajagan’ apartment which also has impressive views across the 1770 estuary. The apartment has two bedrooms, with a queen size bed and 2 single beds, a kitchenette and dining area and a separate toilet and shower. This apartment is often linked with the ‘Nusa Dua' penthouse via the use of an internal staircase and is popular with two couples wanting to share an apartment or for family with 2 kids.

Apartment 3- Java (sleeps 2 guests)
The Java Apartment features a huge bedroom, with oversized shower and luxury bed, television and a separate toilet.
The living area has a luxury leather lounge, large dining table, full sized fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities. The Java is the largest one bedroom apartment .

Penthouse ‘Nusa Dua’ (sleeps 4-5 guests)
The Penthouse ‘Nusa Dua' provides the highest standard of accommodation available in 1770 and is a popular suite for weddings, honeymoons, romantic retreats and special occasions. This penthouse features two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and amazing views from all rooms. The wide balcony at the front is a perfect entertaining area, or place to work on the suntan in complete privacy, overlooking the tranquil estuary, national park and Bustard Bay. The large dining area has floor to ceiling windows and adjoins a luxury lounge with a large flat screen television. There is a huge kitchen which has the facilities available to cook up a variety of extravagant meals. The ‘ Nusa Dua’ Apartment can be linked with the Grajagan and Java apartments or the whole lodge rented out to accommodate up to 10-12 guests.

Inland from Miriam Vale app 1.5 hours from Bundaberg or Gladstone. Once you drive into Agnes Water turn left at the service station towards 1770 drive approximately 6km. pass the Marina, once you reach the 20kph area turn right up the hill. Sovereign Lodge is there on your right.
