Description

"Time Out" is a modern, well equipped beach house within 150m walking distance to the beach and cafe. Your holiday needs are with facilities especially tailored to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. With brightly painted feature walls and tasteful modern comfortable decor throughout, you will soon be switched into holiday mode. The house has a fully enclosed backyard and private patio area for laid back entertaining. Keep small children amused and their imagination alive for house in the furnished cubby house. Location

Situated At Gnarabup - 280 kms south of Perth at the pristine surfing & fishing location of Gnarabup/Prevelly Beach in the Margaret River wine district. Walking distance to the beach is approximately 200m.

Local Attractions

Surfing - Walk to the shore and reef breaks at Surfers Point, and many more close by which are known for their consistency. As well, the renowned reef breaks of Margaret River and Yallingup are close at hand

Fishing - Fantastic offshore fishing as well as beach fishing (especially popular with locals and fanatical fishermen during the autumn months when salmon are plentiful and "running" along the coast)

Walking - The Cape Naturaliste to Cape Leeuwin walk trails run right along the coastline and is clearly marked. Many beautiful walks along pathways through Peppermint Trees and native bushland, and even more spectacular during Spring when the wildflowers are blooming. For something a little shorter try a walk along Georgette Beach - maybe for a coffee or lunch at the Prevelly or Gnarabup beach cafe overlooking the magnificent ocean vista.

Swimming - Walk down to the white sands of Gnarabup Beach or Prevelly for a swim in its pristine crystal clear water.

Whale Watching - frequently from your balcony from June to December or take a whale watch cruise on Geographe Bay

Sightseeing - A lot to see wherever you drive around the region - call into galleries, wineries and restaurants, tourist caves, or you'll even just find that the shopping is great in the Margaret River Wine Region.
