BONDI BEACH comfortable family home close to beach/ buses to Sydney sights. Available during April, July, September and December/January each year. This property is a few minutes walk from fabulous Bondi Beach, cafes, restaurants, hotels, bars, fashion shops, and nightlife. The cosy family house with period features is a few metres from a bus service that will take you to Sydney Harbour, Darling Harbour, Sydney Opera House, ferries to Tooronga Zoo and Manly. Bondi has white sand, clean surf, pools and stunning cliff walks. A home away from home, the fully furnished house has a queen size bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds [one with a pullout which then makes for a total of three single beds] in the second bedroom. The house sleeps for example, two adults and up to three children. Bathroom with bath/shower. Polished wooden floors. Kitchen with family room.
Street parking. 20 minutes to airport. 20 minutes to Sydney city.

Rent is AUS $1,500 per week for a minimum of one week at Easter, July and September and $1800 per week for minimum of 2 weeks Dec/Jan. One week’s deposit will secure the accommodation and act as bond. After-stay cleaning fee of $150 and all fees are due on arrival. Bond will be returned after a satisfactory inspection of the house.

The house and around Bondi

This is well furnished home in a quiet area 2-3 minutes walk to Bondi Beach. The house is managed by a family member who lives in a self-contained and completely seperate apartment upstairs who will provide tourist advice and give help. The home's lounge, bathroom, bedrooms and hall are all private and fully lockable.
Bondi Beach is renowned for surfing, swimming and sunbathing. There is a magnificent beach/ cliff walk from Bondi Beach to other beaches. There are 3 local supermarkets, local fruit and vegetable shops and there are many restaurants and cafes in the area. Bus stop is opposite the house and it's 20 minutes to Sydney city, Circular Quay, the Rocks area, Darling Harbour and ferries. There's a large shopping centre at Bondi Junction, which is also Bondi’s local train station. This house is ideal for a holiday!
