Situated in central Forster this family-friendly house is surprisingly spacious. Ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms and living areas will keep you cool when the great seabreezes are not blowing. Both upstairs bedrooms have built-in robes. There is a queen bed in one and and a queen bed and a single bed in the other. In the enclosed verandah area upstairs there is another single bed. There is also a single bed in the downstairs rumpus room.
There is also a large room downstairs which is used for a kids' retreat/rumpus room/third bedroom. There is a single bed in this downstairs room plus a futon which folds down to sleep 1/2 people. A port-a-cot and high chair are also available for hire but need to be requested on booking as they may already have been allocated to one of our other houses.
The living area is large and light-filled and views of Forster's bridge, lake and hinterland can be seen. The sunsets are those picture postcards are made of. This house is very airy and light-filled and extremely homely to live in. It is so easy to lie back and relax here.
The large grassy backyard will give the kids a place to play. There is also a covered area with a garden setting and gas BBQ so you can sit outside and enjoy your meals.
DOG-FRIENDLY
Dogs may be permitted if requested at the time of booking. They are permitted inside but not in the bedrooms and not on the furniture. They are also not to be left inside the house when you are not there.
Relax those aches and pains away in the luxurious double spa bath in the brand new bathroom. Holidays are for those little pleasures and a spa bath is something holidays are made for. (please no oils in the spa bath)
This bathroom and a separate toilet are upstairs and there is another toilet in the laundry downstairs.
Forster Holiday Retreat's central position in the area of Forster known as Angler's Paradise means that beaches, lake, Aquatic Centre, golf course, bowling club and services club are all only 2 minutes' drive away as is the new Stockland shopping centre.
No need to bring your sheets and make your beds after a long drive here. Bedlinen is included and the beds will be made up for you. Please bring your own bath towels and beach towels and bathmats.
