Forster Holiday Retreat's central position in the area of Forster known as Angler's Paradise means that beaches, lake, Aquatic Centre, golf course, bowling club and services club are all only 2 minutes' drive away as is the new Stockland shopping centre.
Situated in central Forster this family-friendly house highset and light, bright and airy and is surprisingly spacious.
We now have reverse cycle airconditioning/heating in the living area upstairs.
Ceiling fans in upstairs bedrooms and living areas will keep you cool when the great seabreezes are not blowing.
Both upstairs bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is a queen bed in one of these bedrooms and and a queen bed and a single bed in the other. In the enclosed verandah area upstairs there is another single bed.
There is also a large room downstairs which is used as a third bedroom/kids' retreat room.There is an extra LCD television/DVD player in this room and it is a great place for the younger holidaymakers to get away and be by themselves. There is a single bed in this room as well.
The living area is large and light-filled and Forster's bridge, lake and the hinterland can be seen. Glorious sunsets are often on show. This house is very airy and light-filled and extremely homely to live in. It is so easy to lie back and relax here.
The large grassy backyard will give the kids a place to play. There is also a covered area with a garden setting and gas BBQ so you can sit outside and enjoy your meals.
GREAT DOUBLE SPA BATH
Relax those aches and pains away in the luxurious double spa bath in the new bathroom. Holidays are for those little pleasures and a spa bath is something holidays are made for. (please no oils in the spa bath)
This bathroom and a separate toilet are upstairs and there is another toilet and a shower, plus a laundry tub in the new downstairs bathroom. The washing machine is upstairs as well.
DOG-FRIENDLY
We do understand that many families would not consider going away without their four-legged friend. 'Forster Holiday Retreat' is dog-friendly but dogs must be requested on booking. Dogs are permitted inside at this house but they are not allowed on any of the furniture. They are also not to be left inside the house in your absence. We do request that you bring your dog's own bedding to make him or her feel at home.The yard is fully-fenced and secure. Current vaccination papers must be shown and dogs must be treated for fleas and ticks.

BEDLINEN IS INCLUDED AND THE BEDS SHALL BE MADE UP FOR YOUR ARRIVAL.
