This house was absolutely perfect for our group. Could not fault it. Amazing location close to Pacific Fair, a service station, the beach, restaurants and on the canal. The outdoor entertainment area was perfect for a BBQ, kayak and swim and there is plenty of room to spread out inside with a lovely homely feel about it. Would definitely love to stay at the house again.

Our group of 8, (Two sets of grandparents, ourselves and two children), found this property a perfect match.
While the younger members of the group, enjoyed the Theme Parks, the rest of our group enjoyed walks to Pacific Fair shopping complex, walking to the beach, and the Casino. We all enjoying swiming in the pool and the BBQ area.
Much to the delight of the family, we tried Kayaking and fishing and even managed to catch some fish!
We did experience some maintence issues, which were quickly resolved by Jasmine as soon as we reported them, to which we were very impressed. Also our flight arrived a little bit later than we expected, and Jasmine was wonderful at being flexible, meeting us at the house.
Also Dave the neighbour, allowed us to have some Mangos from his tree, and we found the neighbours of the property nice, quiet, friendly people

A great property to stay at. We had an amazing time, with plenty of beds and enough room for group to either all be together for meals etc or have some alone time. Would definately recommend some curtains on the smaller windows in the back bedroom, but otherwise a great location. Unfortunatley no fish were caught, even after plenty of help from the neighbours.

Thank you for all your help with making our holiday possible. The house was perfect, we loved it and enjoyed everyday we were in the Gold Coast. It was great for our disabled son. The house was fantastic in a great area. Very comfortable with lots of mod cons. My only disappointment was that all the Kayaks had large holes in them and were unusable. The paddles were also damaged.
I will definitely rent again if the kayaks are fixed.

The house was everything we expected and so much more. From the furnishings,decor,the outdoor living areas to the yummy champagne on arrival! The house accomodated 2 families easily providing loads of space to chill out on your own if you feel the need.Never again would we stay in resort style accomodation after staying at Barringtons. Would recommend it without hesitation.

Fantastic property, exactly the same as in the photo's. Beautifully decorated and plenty of space for the everyone, the pool got plenty of use. We all especially enjoyed fishing from the private pontoon with many fish caught!

We stayed at Barringtons for 2 weeks, it was our own little paradise and did not want to leave. From the moment we walked in we loved it. Fishing off our private Jetty and using the surf Ski's were alot of fun and being so close to Pacific Fair was a bonus.
We also want to thank Jasmine for all her help with everything. We will definatley be staying again.

Our social club traveled to Surfers for 5 nights social. We found the accomidation at Broadbeach exceptional and Jasmine very professional in all aspects of the managment of the property.
We would recommend this accomidation to any groups traveling to surfers as the house made the week.
Fishing of the jetty was a bonus.
Highly recommended to all.

Immaculately presented home, very relaxing with a great layout to the house allowing plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. I recently had my wedding at Barringtons and stayed there with my whole family. We had the most amazing time and would recommend staying there to anyone! The house is absolutly beautiful and comfortably fit 12 of us. Very relaxing. We cant wait to stay there again one day. The location is so close to everything and Jasmine took fabulous care of us. We cant stop talking about it. Do yourself a favour and stay for a couple of weeks!

Rate Barringtons very highly for those wanting private, secluded getaway in the heart of the GC. Fantastic, well-equipped house, big enough for at least 2 families to get by without stepping on eachother's toes.
5 mins walk from Pac Fair, 10 mins walk from beautiful Broadbeach beach, cafes, restaurants etc. 15 mins drive to Seaworld & 30 mins to Dreamworld. Great location.
Owner easy to deal with and agreeable.
Great value accommodation compared with hotels, apartments, if you are booking as a group.
Pool has no fence so a bit dicey for parents of kids who can't swim. Lots of concrete, hard steps, and corners for littlies to collide with but otherwise rate this place 10/10 and will be back for sure.
