Sunny, sheltered and private with sweeping tree-top vista’s over Jan Juc this is the perfect spot to unwind. You can swim, surf, cycle, walk, play golf, fish, read, visit cafes, restaurants and wineries or, simply relax. For your entertainment there is crystal-clear digital TV reception and a selection of DVDs, books, games and children’s toys.

Situated between Torquay (3 minutes drive) and the world famous Bell’s Beach (4 minutes drive), Jan Juc has its own fabulous swimming beach and surf breaks (Bird Rock and Steps) right on your doorstep. Downstairs:
Entry courtyard, living/family area with gas heating; queen size bedroom with BIR; alcove off the living room with sofa bed; toilet, bathroom/laundry with washing machine and dryer; private rear courtyard with outdoor setting; carport plus off-street parking for one additional car.

Beds:
Two queen beds plus a double sofa bed.
A portacot or single mattress can be made available for young children on request.

Bedding:
Pillows and doonas are supplied for two Queen beds and one double Sofa bed.

Linen:
Optional Full Linen Service. Relax and unwind from the minute you arrive with the convenience of freshly made-up beds. Bath linen and tea towels are included.

Or, if you prefer, bring your own linen.

Maximum Occupancy:
The maximum number of Adults and Children per booking must not exceed 6.
