Just over an hours drive from Adelaide, this light and bright modern 3 bedroom family owned holiday home situated on the Fleurieu Peninsula at Goolwa Beach is only 1.3km from Goolwa's renowned surf beach and 700m from the main shopping complex (Woolworths, Foodland).

Relax on the elevated rear deck and enjoy the afternoon sun or take a relaxing spa bath at the end of a busy day of surfing, golf or touring.

Open living areas are spacious, light and airy with RC heat/cool.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms. Main bedroom has a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 king single beds (both have electric blankets)and 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. Bed linen is supplied including quilts, quilt covers, pillows, pillow cases, sheets and tea towels. Spare blankets are available from the main bedroom wardrobe.

Just 15 minutes away is Victor Harbour with Granite Island, Whale Centre, Greenhills Adventure Playground and cinema. The historic Cockle Train travels from Goolwa to Victor Harbor and return stopping at Port Elliot and Middleton.

Bring your bicycles as Shemyrew is located close to the Encounter Bikeway which is a 22km shared path connecting Goolwa to The Bluff, just past Victor Harbor. The Bikeway takes cyclists along the scenic coast and through the coastal towns of Middleton, Port Elliot and Victor Harbor.

LOCATION

Goolwa Beach is part of the town of Goolwa which is situated on the shores of Lake Alexandrina near the River Murray mouth.

Goolwa Beach is ideal for families wanting to enjoy swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, building sand castles and playing beach cricket.

For the golfing enthusiasts South Lakes Golf Club is only a few minutes drive away.

While Shemyrew provides full kitchen facilities, those of you who are not keen on cooking or want a break from cooking, can eat out at the various Goolwa hotels, cafes, bakeries or at the Golf Club.

FEES

Shemyrew has 3 Bedrooms (sleeps 8).

1x Queen Bed, 2 x king single beds (with electric blankets) & 2 x Bunk Beds.

We provide quilts with quilt covers, pillows with pillow cases and sheets as well as tea towels. Spare Blankets are available in the main bedroom wardrobe.

There is a $50 Cleaning Fee with each Booking.

Check in from 3pm and check out by 10am.
