The township of Jurien Bay is allocated approximately 2 1/2 hours drive from Perth north along the Brand Highway. Situated on the Coral Coast of Western Australia, Jurien Bay is the largest town along this stretch of coastline providing for a holiday that involves complete relaxation, being a very popular holiday, tourist and fishing destination. Jurien Bay is the home port for a large rock lobster fishing fleet.

The modern inland marina provides mooring for professional fishing fleets, as well as incorporating excellent concrete launching ramps for all types of recreational boats.

The waters of Jurien Bay boast shimmering colours of turquoise and cobalt blue. Jurien Bay is an ideal location for swimming, water skiing and sail boarding or just to lie back and enjoy the beautiful ocean views and peace and tranquility. Sunsets across the expansive bay welcome an evening of relaxation and discussions on the days catch or suntan, which ever the case maybe.

Description of Property

The Beach House incorporates an extensive use of recycled timber, from its wooden window frames through to floorboards. The large open plan living area on the second floor give a feeling of total relaxation and sets the holiday mood alight, being an area where families can sit back relax and just enjoy each others company, whilst admiring view of the Coral Coast.
