Built in 2007 Footsteps is a very well presented holiday home which holds the receipe for great family holidays. This property can be booked in conjunction with FOOTSTEPS COTTAGE.
Large family living room consists of luxury leather lounge, large dining table, fully equipped kitchen, Flat screen 68cm TV, DVD, Stereo( USB/MP3), reverse cycling air cond. Large childrens room contains TV and Playstation 2.
Dine inside or relax in the outdoor decking area. Gas BBQ and views over the Bungala River. Walk to everything in the township, your only a minute away from the Normanville Hotel, IGA supermarket, Bakery, Cafes, DVD store. Take a short, flat walk to Normanville beach. No extra charges for friends and guests to attend and stay over.
Normanville is approximately 1 hour drive south of Adelaide. Situated on the coast Normanville hosts a great seascape and country atmosphere. Fantastic beaches, fishing and scenery, coffee shops, bakery and variety stores make Normanville a great holiday escape close to Adelaide.
Use Footsteps to explore the Fleurieu Peninsula. Enjoy fishing, boating, diving, horse riding, whale watching, wine tasting, restaurants or just a stopover on the way to Kangaroo Island. Walk to the pristine beaches.
Air conditioning, bath, BBQ, boat ramp nearby, books/magazines supplied, CD player, DVD, highchair, porta cot, change table, kitchen, laundry facilities, no smoking, pets welcome outdoors, Stereo, off street parking. Room for a boat. fish cleaning sink in rear yard.
Footsteps sleeps up to 9 persons. There is no extra charge for guests providing maximum number is not exceeded.
