A dining area in the kitchen with a dining table that will seat 4 to 6 persons also a bar top where you can have your snacks or chat with the cook on high stools while your meal is being prepared.

A lounge that is very well furnished with excellent taste has a new leather sofa. There are pictures and artifacts' that are interesting and charming, some very unusual carvings originating from Bali. Lighting to complimenet the apartment and a TV (Foxtel installed) with CDDVD and stereo for your media pleasure.

Foxtel is installed at this property and includes several packages, Sports Channels, Showtime, Movie and some other popular channels, no extra charge.

There is a study area/sunroom with doors, (off the lounge room) which has a single bed and able to accommodate a child or extra person if required.
Two spacious bright bedrooms, each with a queen bed and built-in robes. The main bedroom is very spacious and also has a very comfortable sofa.

The apartment is on the 2nd level and there is a lift as well as stairs in the building.

Area and district: It is only about 25m to the beach front and harbour from the apartment block. See the picture. An 8 minute walk to Lyne Park and the ferry terminal at Rose Bay.
Very close to excellent shops, cafes and restaurants. There are many harbour beaches to discover with netted swimming areas.

There is car parking without penalty on 2 roads in the vicinity of the apartment about 2 or 3 minutes walk. Richmond Road and Norwich Rd. We can let you know how to get to these roads. There is also a public car park about 30m from the apartment.

Bus stop across the road; it is only a short bus or car ride to Fox Studios, it is less than a kilometre to the public golf course and also to Royal Sydney golf course. There is a regular ferry service to Circular Quay, the journey is under 10 minutes across the harbour on the catamaran.
From Rose Bay it is only a bus ride to Bondi Junction and then on to the city.
At Circular Quay there is plenty of entertainment for you to see and listen to. You will also find yourself close the famous Rocks area with plenty of shops and weekend markets.
The apartment is available for short or long term bookings. There is a bond of $1000. this is refunded after a satisfactory inspection of the property at the end of the tenancy.
Internet connection if required; The cost is $120 for the modem for the first 4 weeks reducing $75 for subsequent 4 week rentals A departure clean is charged for each booking.

Charges start at the advertised price depending on season, family numbers and duration of stay. The low pricing applies to the winter season; the highest rate is over the summer and Christmas holiday period.
