Niele was very considerate of the tenants...left us instructions on use of appliances etc. all was clean and accessible. brochures and maps were provided re the area

Thanks for the great stay, the apartment was very clean and well maintained. The house has everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable and the heating kept us nice and warm. We would definitely look at staying there on our next visit.

We really enjoyed staying in such a spacious, clean and comfortable flat during our stay in Melbourne. It was very good value and in a most convenient location for transport to the city and for local shopping and restaurants. A home away from home.

This is a large, older style, very clean and well equipped apartment in the heart of Elwood, which is a great suburb, close to the bay and great coffee shops etc. Very convenient and comfortable. We loved it and look forward to staying there again.

This unit was well furnished and, for the most part, very clean. Crockery was adequate. The unit has only two steps up to it so is sutiable for eldely people. It's situation is very convenient to public transport, and shops and cafes at Broadway. I believe the accommodation is good value for the rate charged per night.

This apartment is fantastic. The photos don't really show how big it actually is. The place is spotless, with big eat-in kitchen and bathroom with washer/dryer. It has its own parking space, which is a premium in this part of Melbourne. If you don't have a car the tram at St Kilda is within walking distance, but there is a bus stop at the door. There are up to date information leaflets and timetables on the desk in the loungeroom. Would definitely recommend this property for a stay in Melbourne.
