Description

Located on the beach in Halls Head, Oceanview provides superior private accommodation in a fantastic peaceful setting.

The house comprises 4 beds, 2 bathrooms with additional powder room and is located right on the beach with no roads between you and the ocean.

The house is huge, perfect for two families but still cosy enough for a family of four who just want lots of space.

Beautifully presented, fully furnished and equipped the house is configured as follows:

Downstairs there are 3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom with toilet, separate powder room, large kitchen/family/meals, huge dining room, laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a double garage with roller doors.

In the garage are pool and table tennis tables as well as a large capacity fridge. With the pool table set up there is still room for a car or you can tuck the pool table away and fit 2 cars.

The kitchen has a modern stainless steel fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave etc and is fully equipped.

The spacious master suite upstairs has views right down the beach to Kwinana. You can lie in bed at night listening to the waves and during the day there are lovely views out over the ocean. There is also an ensuite, dressing room and portable TV.

Also upstairs is a small kitchen/bar with a bar fridge and another lounge with a widescreen TV and dining room as well as a generous sized balcony which is perfect for watching the sun set over the ocean.

There is ducted evaporative airconditioning upstairs which also serves to cool downstairs.

The house can sleep up to 12 with accommodation comprising:

Upstairs lounge - double sofa bed

There are 3 TVs, a 76 cm widescreen in the family room, a widescreen in the lounge and a small portable in the master bedroom.

Outside is a large garden with grassed areas and a paved patio with gas bbq. There are 2 glass outdoor tables and chairs to seat 12. There is also a outdoor hot and cold shower.

The bike/beach path runs directly behind the property and is all that separates the house from the sand dunes and beach.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

PLEASE NOTE: This property is suited to families, couples or groups wanting to have a good time not an unruly disruptive time as this could lead to eviction and loss of bond & tariff. Please do not book if you plan to throw a party.

OCEANVIEW IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SCHOOL LEAVERS AND GROUPS AGED UNDER 21 YEARS so please do not request a booking as refusal may offend. Also please do not book this property on behalf of school leavers. Unwanted guests will be evicted.

A $500 security bond/booking fee applies to all bookings. The security bond is refunded in full after check-out provided the property is in the condition in which you found it. If the booking is cancelled the booking fee will be refunded provided we can re-let the property for the same time period.

Tariff must be paid in full at least 21 days prior to check-in.

CHECK IN TIME IS 2PM - 3PM. CHECK OUT MUST BE BY 10.00AM, LATE CHECK OUT CAN BE ARRANGED UPON REQUEST AND SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.



LINEN:

Guests will need to bring bottom sheets, top sheets (or sleeping bags), pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Mattress protectors are provided however if waterproof protectors are required please BYO.

If needed we can arrange linen and towels by request at time of booking at a cost of $15 per person per stay.

GENERAL:

Please confine smoking to the outdoor areas.

Sorry no pets.

CLEANING:
We ask that you leave the property clean and tidy as found.


SECURITY:
For your security the house is fully alarmed and you will be provided with the code prior to your stay. The code is changed between each tenant.

All windows have window locks.

The downstairs bedroom windows have security screens.

All doors except the front entrance also have security screens.
