Pet friendly with own substantial fully fenced yard for each apartment. Dogs preferably should be kept outside and must be friendly and not disturb neighbours. Extra cleaning costs will apply if dog hair needs to be cleaned from inside the house.

Avoca is located approximately one hours drive from the start of the F3 freeway, north of Sydney. The beach is patrolled and there is also a leash free area for your dog.

This property is not suitable for schoolies.
