Enjoy your favourite movie or show on the TV, CD/DVD Player and Foxtel cable TV. There is also a bookshelf that provides the ideal place to stash your knick-knacks, plus reverse-cycle air conditioning and wheelchair access.

Cook up a storm in the Kitchen boasting plenty of cupboard space, stainless steel gas cooktop and oven, microwave, dishwasher and spacious refrigerator.

The separate Laundry is fully-equipped with a washing machine, drier, sink, iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are provided. There is a separate linen cupboard.

Bedroom One is an ideal place to stretch out on the queen-size bed and it has built-in robes, bedside tables plus an all-white Ensuite Bathroom with a shower.

The apartment has 1 secure parking space plus 2 visitor parks accessible via a laneway. Alternatively, take advantage of public transport as the bus stop is just a few hundred metres away and services run frequently to all areas.

A bond of $2000 is required, this is returned at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the property. A charge for a professional departure clean is made. If you require internet connection this can be supplied, there is an initial charge of $120 for up to 4 weeks use, each subsequent month is $75.
