Happy Valley Homestead is perfect for a large family or two, sleeping a max of 12 people in four bedrooms.
The Homestead has all the mod cons including dishwasher, large galley open kitchen with dining area, inside laundry and BBQ facilities.
You will love the large lounge room with slow combustion wood heater keeping the entire place toasty warm.
All beds have electric blankets, doona and pillow.
All you need to do is bring your linen, towels and groceries.

Happy Valley is located 5 min drive from Adaminaby Township and is just under 1hrs drive to Mt Selwyn.

Happy Valley is a beautiful picturesque farm.

So, where are we located?

Coming from Cooma on the Snowy Mountains Highway, when within 2kms of Adaminaby & have just passed the Golf Course on your left, you will come to the cross roads. Turn left into Yen`s Bay Road, drive along this for approx 2.km & then you will come to "Happy Valley" which is the first property on your left. Follow the road past the gate to the main homestead.

Now, what do you do once you get here?

In winter enjoy skiing at nearby Mt. Selwyn Snowfields, a friendly fun place for the whole family located approx. 45 minutes drive from Happy Valley.
There are three ski hire outlets 5 minutes away in Adaminaby and if you tell them you are staying at Happy Valley they will give you 10% discount on your skis and equipment.
The Adaminaby General store can supply all your food requirements and have a good range of other holiday needs. If you wish to eat out there are two cafe's in the town and restaurants at the Bowling Club and the Hotel.
There are two Service Stations, the BP and the Ampol NRMA Service Station; both of which have snow chains for hire for your car. It is a requirement that these be carried in all two wheel drive vehicles over the winter period on our mountain roads.
The Adaminaby Post Office and News Agency have a great range of newspapers, magazines and other reading material. On their notice board you will find an up to date Snow, Ski and Road Report from Mt. Selwyn.
Drive safely and enjoy your visit.
