Kanjarra Lodge

Description

Kanjarra Lodge is a secluded house set on 6 acres of land approximately 5 minutes from Nannup. The property is backed by woodland and the house has a wooden deck with views over it's own natural dam. The property has a garden which is fenced off from the dam, with self-closing gates, so is secure for children. The house is fully furnished to a high standard with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and open plan living.

Accommodation

Accommodation consists of polished wooden floors throughout with an open plan dining room with large dining table and small sitting area to the side, a living room with comfortable lounge seating and a large fully equipped kitchen including fridge, dishwasher and microwave. There is one queen bedroom with semi-ensuite, one twin bedded room and one bedroom with queen bed and single bed. Both queen beds have electric blankets. There is also a second bathroom with bath and shower and separate WC. The house is also equipped with stand-up fans, a washing machine, barbeque and under cover parking.

Other details

The house has a fully fitted kitchen equipped to a high standard. The living room has a pot-belly stove, TV, video and DVD player. There is also a limited video library which guests are welcome to use. There is an outside barbeque (with gas bottle) and a variety of bicycles for guests' use. The house is often surrounded by kangaroos and other interesting wildlife including Red Tailed Black Cockatoos and the Blue Fairy Wrens. The outside decking has a large outside table and chairs. The garden is abundant with fruit trees and is fully reticulated.

The house would suit one large or two smaller families or two to three couples.
