Torquay Townhouse is a modern two storey townhouse with two living areas and 3 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep 8 adults.
Prefer families or mature groups. Not available for \'schoolies\' and only rented during that period to previous tennants or other known clients.
First Floor:
Open plan living room and meals area. Fully equipped modern kitchen (includes DW). Living room has leather couches, TV, DVD, VCR, CD\'s, DVD\'s and Stereo. Heaps of games for the young and young at heart.
A decking area with table and chairs where you can enjoy a quiet drink with friends, have breakfast on a beautiful sunny morning or just sit and enjoy the sun.
Master bedroom with access onto the decking, ensuite, walk in robe and separate toilet.
Ground Floor:
Family room which has a TV, DVD and Nintendo Game system.
Two large bedrooms; one with QS bed and one with 2 x Bunks (4 singles).
A spacious bathroom with spa bath. Fully equipped laundry.
Lock-up garage with internal access and a clothes dryer.
Fully enclosed back garden with BBQ, outdoor setting (extra chairs) and umbrella.
All bedlinen is provided for the 6 beds (2 x QB & 4 x SB), bath towels are also provided.

Situated in a prime location only 500m from Torquay beaches. The new Torquay Central Shopping Complex is just a 10 minute walk away as is Gilbert Street which provides the perfect way to relax, enjoy a coffee and something to eat at the many friendly cafes/restaurants or browse through the boutique shops. Surf Plaza is just a hop, skip and jump away (a few mins walk), all the surf shops, factory outlets, eating places and an ice-cream shop for the kiddies and the young at heart.
Local parks are just a short walk away which are great for the kids and a family picnic. For the golfers Torquay Golf Club is a couple of minutes drive away and Anglesea Golf Club about 15 minutes away.
Torquay is famous for its beaches. There are safe beaches for small kids (Cosy Corner) and surf beaches for loads of fun (Torquay and Jan Juc). For the serious surfer there’s the world famous Bells Beach and Winkipop just a short drive away. Zeally Bay beach (Cosy Corner) has a grassed foreshore reserve with picnic/BBQ facilities avilable and shady trees, a fantastic beach for young families.
Torquay has many attractions beyond the beach, including Surfworld Museum, Tigermoth World and of course, it is the gateway to The Great Ocean Road. The surf shops and outlets will keep any keen shopper amused for hours! The area also has lots of wineries to discover and enjoy.
There are surfing schools if you want to learn, or windsurfing and kite-surfing on those windy days at Cosy Corner. For the fisherman there are some good fish to be caught from the beaches and Spring Creek, just check for the local Marine Park boundaries.
Our famous touring route the \'Great Ocean Road\' will take you to other beautiful towns and beaches like Anglesea, Aireys Inlet and Lorne. A day trip to Apollo Bay and down to the Twelve Apostles, with many activities to do and see along the way.
An enjoyable drive in the other direction takes you to the Bellerine Peninsula with its beautiful towns and beaches of Barwon Heads, Ocean Grove, Pt Lonsdale and Queenscliff.
