Cullen Homestead is a lovely old stone home located on the world renowned biodynamic Cullen Vineyard in the heart of the wine growing area situated halfway between Margaret River and Yallingup/Dunsborough.The home consists of the main house containing 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and the studio also containing 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. It is ideally suited to accomodating 2 families or a group of friends.
Whilst the kids play tennis on the full size tennis court the parents can relax on the wide verandahs with a glass of wine, watching the sun set over the trees.
The refrigerator will contain enough breakfast stock and fruit to start your holiday. The homestead is fully self contained with good quality kitchen utensils and 1000 thread Egyptian cotton bedding. We have reverse cycle heating, an open fire and column heaters for extra comfort.
Pets may be welcome by prior arrangement only.Dogs must be restrained as the property has expensive livestock.(Owners will be liable for damage if stock are injured).
A short stroll to both Cullen Winery/Restaurant and also to the Vasse Felix Winery/restaurant, the homestead is ideally located for touring the wineries and local attractions.
