A stylish and comfortable 1960s pet friendly beach house with mod cons. Located in a quiet street in the coastal town of Dalmeny, a stone's throw from Narooma.

Spacious and open with a northerly aspect and two comfortable living areas. 3 bedrooms (2 dbl, Bunk with dbl and single beds) and 2 bathrooms and laundry. Backing on to the reserve with a deck facing Mummaga Lake.

Enjoy nearby beaches including beautiful Dalmeny Beach and a range of dog friendly beaches. 5 mins drive to well stocked supermarket, newsagent and friendly contemporary cafe. A fabulous place for a range of activities including tennis, surfing, canoeing, trips to Montague Island, whale and dolphin watching. Bring your bicycles and enjoy the spectacular bike path that hugs the headlands from Dalmeny to Narooma.

Wonderful range of boatshed cafe/restaurants, cinema, Aquatic Centre and a golf course with the best views in the world all located in nearby Narooma.

  • "As reluctant as I am to promote our little 'secret', this is such a lovely hideaway I feel compelled. This is our second time at Dalmeny with kids and dog and we cannot speak highly enough of the house and the surrounds. The house really is a trip back my childhood in the 60s and is strategically placed far enough away from Sydney and Canberra to be less busy as some other spots on the Coast. Narooma is 10 mins if you need a bigger night out. Make sure you try Josh's Beach at Dalmeny as well as the netted enclosure at Narooma if you have really little ones. "

It is probably worth knowing though, that in true 60s style there is no microwave oven. The house is really well equipt otherwise. The new deck is sure to be FANTASTIC!
