Located in the heart of Joondalup, newly furnished two bedroom, 2 bathroom ground floor apartment has everything for an enjoyable stay. The fully self-contained air-conditioned apartment is in a secure, well maintained complex which comes with 2 car-parking bays, a rear private courtyard as well as a front courtyard.

All linen, towels, blankets etc are provided except beach towels.

ACCOMMODATION

Bedroom 1
Queen size bed, with ensuite shower room and mirrored his and her robes. This room opens out onto the private rear courtyard.

Bedroom 2
This rooms sleeps 3 people in the trio bed which has a double bed on the bottom and a single bed above. This rooms also has a 3 door mirrored robe.

Bathroom/Laundry
This bathroom has a bathtub and shower and behind a pair of double doors you will find the washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Ironing board and iron also available.

Kitchen
Fully contained kitchen which includes a larder, large fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, and plenty of cupboard space.

Dining Area
6 place leather dining suite and sideboard with mini hi-fi system.

Lounge
Three seater sofa, 2 single chairs & coffee table. TV with DVD are provided. This room opens onto the front courtyard where you can sit outside and relax next to the natural bushland and feed the parrots on the balcony in the afternoon.

The complex
This secure complex offers a beautiful large below ground pool and BBQ area, (closed May to September). It also has two car-parking bays , one of which is undercover. The car-parking area is accessed by remote control sliding gates.

CLOSE TO ALL AMENITIES

Just a short stroll away from the heart of Joondalup City Centre with its excellent affordable restuarants, pubs, clubs, shops and cinemas. Joondalup library is located close by and this is where you can access the internet and obtain information booklets on local attractions, train and bus timetables. Joondalup train station is a ten minute walk away and trains take 25 minutes to the city of Perth. Hillary\'s Boat Harbour and all the wonderful beaches are within a 15 minute drive and several golf courses are within a 10 minute drive.

Its a 2 minute walk to Neil Hawkins Park which has children\'s play equipment, BBQ areas and an abundance of wildlife including, ducks, parrots, and kangaroos. The park has beautiful views overlooking Joondalup lake which you can walk around if you wish.

All in all you couldn\'t be in a better location to explore Perth and the surrounding areas.
