A spacious sub penthouse apartment with room to move about and appreciate the city skyline below.
The views are to die for; Starting with the city skyline, the Harbour bridge, Opera House and then extending through to the Heads. The vista is quite breath taking.
The lounge is spacious with quality furnishings, comfortable and stylish with a large leather corner sofa. The balcony is accessible from both the lounge and the bedroom.
The kitchen has all the appliances you could need to create a full meal or just a snack. And while you are doing your food preparation beware of the knife in your hand as it is hard to keep your eyes from the harbour views through the kitchen window or even the TV that is in full view from the kitchen sink.
A large dining table will easily seat 8 persons at a dinner party; you can enjoy the views wile enjoying your meal.
The main bedroom with a king sized bed has a walk in robe with hanging rails and mega storage.
The en-suite marble bathroom has both a shower cubicle and a bath tub.
The two other bedrooms are spacious and with built-in robes. All the bedrooms have awesome water views.
The second marble bathroom is spacious and has a shower over the bath.
The third bedroom is currently set up as a study but can easily be re-arranged and converted back into a bedroom that would suit the tenant's requirements. It has built-in full mirror wardrobes.
A separate laundry with washing machine and a drier plus a laundry tub.
The ELAN complex has a wonderful leisure area which includes: swimming pool, a very well equipped gym, a 25m heated swimming pool, (which is situated in the very attractive rainforest gardens). Sun loungers on the terraces, a heated spa pool, also in the gardens. Changing rooms and a sauna. Games room with full sized billiard table with comfortable seating for your friendly onlookers and for the more energetic there is also a table tennis room.
The ELAN has 247 security and the apartment has secure parking.
The surrounding area has many and varied restaurants and cafes. It is close to transport and only 2km to the CBD, either by train or bus only about 6 minutes. The railway underground station and bus stop is two minutes walk from the ELAN
It is 5 minutes walk to Oxford Street and also to St Vincent's Hospital. If for health reasons you need to be near a hospital this is an ideal venue.
The apartment is available for a 3 month or longer lease. A bond the equivalent of 4 weeks rental is required on booking, this is held by the Bond Board of NSW and returned after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment at the end of the tenancy.
There is a charge of $225 for a departure clean (and also a charge for a carpet clean if necessary)
Internet connection is available if required for a small extra charge.
