Description
Coming to Sydney and want to see all the major tourist attractions from Sydney Harbour to the Blue Mountains while staying in a comfortable, spacious, fully ducted air conditioned, waterside home.
There are five large bedrooms, main with a kingbed, 2 rooms with a queenbed, a double and 2 singles. Will sleep up to 10 people comfortably (we could always add an extra 2 or 3). 3 immaculate bathrooms. Outdoor alfresco dining area with barbecue. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Nearby is a pleasant setting of a series of small lakes, inhabited by many water birds, surrounded by walking tracks ideal for a peaceful stroll.

We had a sporting group booking with 12 people in our group. From the moment we arrived the owners made us feel very welcome which set the scene for the weekend. The house is beautiful and spacious, the beds are very comfortable which allowed our sporting team to get the best nights sleep. It was so nice to stay somewhere so clean, spacious, comfortable and luxurious. We hope we have to go back to Penrith again soon for another event so we can get the chance to stay there again. We would recommend this house without the slightest hesitation as being 5 star and an absolute "must stay".
Lovely house that we (my husband and our two wolfhound girls) felt immediately at home in. located near the Olympic rowing/canoe course it was exactly what we needed. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and worked in with our specific needs. very recommended.

My friends and I had a fabulous stay at Penrith Lakes House. It was easy to relax in such a comfortable and roomy home. The decore is attractive and tasteful. We also had close access to everything we needed. A particularly nice feature was hearing the water just over the road. We would love to visit again.
