Accommodation includes two queen bedrooms (one with ensuite), another room with one double on the bottom and single on the top bunk, and a fourth room with two single beds and a trundle means you can have two couples with kids and the girls and boys can each have their own rooms.

Other features include: three bathrooms, large timber deck with dining table overlooking the beach, BBQ, two separate living areas each with TV and DVD/Video, pretty gardens, rolling lawns great for friendly cricket and football matches with the locals at your doorstep, double garage, outdoor recliner lounges overlooking the beach and additional enclosed verandah.

The split level house comprises three levels with living on one level with views from all rooms, entry level has a separate comfy lounge room to escape the kids and enjoy the northerly sun or enjoy the open fire in the cooler months. Bedrooms span the top level - all with stunning ocean, beach and rolling hill views!

A safe and pretty beach - an easy drive from Sydney

Ask the locals and they will tell you it is their favourite beach in the world.. why? It has two long headlands meaning it is very protected... the surf is gentle - no massive dumping waves at Easts!!

Easts Beach has no public road leading to it (you will just wander out your back yard to the beach) so there are no crowds to contend with. Just those who live or are staying locally.

There is an abundance of wildlife to watch at East's birds such as willy-wagtails, pelicans, herons and ducks, the cattle on the headland opposite has been there for over 100 years. If you are lucky enough to be there May-Dec you can watch the whale migration and should see whales every day from the deck. Bring your binoculars!

So, leave the world behind you and relax!

We have had the utmost joy in staying in this lovely, restful, holiday home in Kiama. The relaxing atmosphere and sitting out on the deck looking at the beach and ocean with the dolphins cant be surpassed. Tastefully decorated and so comfortable with all the mod cons of home.

This house is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We had a great time. The house was clean and well maintained. The location was superb and we spent a lot of time on the deck, which has a great view of the ocean. Highly recommend this place and we will be back for an extended stay next time.

We stayed in this great house recently as a family of five. It was a wonderful weekend. The house has an excellent position just a short stroll through the grass to a lovely surf beach. Our family had a wonderful time swimming in the water, playing in the rock pools and going for great walks, a highlight being the blow hole!
The house itself has wonderful views of the ocean, a great deck for bbqs and all the mod cons expected by the modern family. The house is very clean and comfortable and Kiama itself is a nice place with great shops and a good range of restaurants.
We will definately be staying here again.
