SERENITY on the Lake is a special place to soothe your soul, wake to the songs of local bird life before a dip in the clear waters of the lake or pool, followed by breakfast on the deck, surrounded by the tropical greenery.
We delight in welcoming our guests personally, and provide soft white bath towels and beds made with crisp white linen.
Your holiday experience clearly starts from the moment you arrive.
This spacious waterfront holiday house combines the relaxing tranquillity of a tropical resort with all the modern comforts of your home.

Lots of outdoor relaxing and entertainment areas for you and the kids.

The Lake is Home to numerous wading birds, the lakeside hours will slip by as you watch their antics. Black swans, native ducks, Swamp hens and Cormorants all call the lake home and most are ready to “have a chat” by the waters edge! A rowing boat is available for your use.
Storm water runoff is filtered thus producing good quality water.
The swimming pool and lake guarantee you will get great enjoyment from the aquatic aspect of your holiday, the pool is fully fenced.

All the living areas and three of the five bedrooms have expansive water views.

Spacious kitchen is complimented by a fridge-freezer with icemaker and filtered water and dishwasher. A blender and juicer are supplied for those tropical drinks. Espresso machine for coffee lovers.

High quality linen and bath towels are provided, along with crockery and glasses to cater for larger Families or Couples.

With 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms (1 with king size bed, 2 queen, twin single beds, single and Double bunk) plus a rumpus room, there is plenty of room for 2 families. The bed configurations can be arranged to suit your individual requirements.

The modern crisp décor, along with air conditioning, 42 inch plasma home theatre with Foxtel in living area and master suite, 37 inch LCD in upstairs lounge all combine to make this a relaxing easy holiday for you. Dial up internet access.

Beautifull Lake Hugh Muntz features many public parks with connecting walking paths. There is a large park directly opposite Serenity to kick a ball or chase the kids about!
Mermaid Beach, Pacific Fair - 2000 - 2500m to Broadbeach and Nobby Beach cafes. 20mins drive to Dreamworld, Seaworld, Movieworld and Wet n\' Wild. 25 mins to Coolangatta Airport, approx 1 hr to Byron Bay and Brisbane Airport. 30mins to Mt Tambourine, and 60mins to Springbrook or Binna Burra and National Parks. Palm Meadows Golf and Tennis facilities are 10 minutes drive.

We recommend Bermuda Butcher (Q Super Centre) for hormone free meat and Yeuns fruit shop (local shops 500m walk) which has market fresh fruit and vegetables all grown in Australia.

On most Saturday and Sunday mornings about 11am there is free face painting for little faces in Broadbeach Mall, right beside the merry-go-round and playground. Great place to go as there are a couple coffee shops right beside the playground. Babysitting with a blue card may be arranged however we need sufficient notice for this.
