The property can comfortably sleep up to 15 people. If you are happy to sleep 2 people in a double bed, then Medusa accomodates 17 people.

Note: There is a spare sofa bed mattress for extra bodies (where needed).

There are 7 bedrooms in 2 separate dwellings. All rooms, balconies & decks overlook natural bush reserve.

Less than 900m to Narrawallee Beach. Mollymook beach is not far away either (both with patrolled surf-lifesaving in the Summer months). Narrawallee Inlet (a tidal oasis) is also at your door step and is always a popular spot for smaller children who prefer no surf/waves (not patrolled, less than 2km away). 900m to the local shopping village for supplies with the larger towns of historic Milton and the fishing town of Ulladulla just a few minutes drive away.

The area offers many other local attractions including golf, horse-riding, surf school and more. PERFECT all year round for all ages.

TWO SEPARATE DWELLINGS are set amongst towering native Australian gum trees and sub-tropical gardens & pathways. Most rooms have LCD TV/ DVD / CD. There is a 42in PLASMA, with DVD home theatre system in the main lounge room, a library of magazines, books, CDs, DVDs, videos and games for entertainment. The main house has two reverse-cycle air conditioners and the laundry has front-loading washing machine & dryer. There is an outside clothes line. Beds are made with \"all-white\" luxurious quality bed linen.

What do you get at MEDUSA?

Two dwellings.

1. The Main House. Is extremely spacious and has a fully equipped NEW KITCHEN & APPLIANCES (Jun 09), seperate dining and lounge rooms, an all-weather family-size fully screened & shaded verandah, additional family-size decked-balcony, two bathrooms (one with large, deep bath) and four bedrooms (bedroom No. 4 being a loft style - kids love this one). Bedrooms numbered 1-4 in the photo gallery.

2. The Cottages. Is two storey, each storey has a seperate entrance.
LOWER COTTAGE contains two bedrooms (5 and 6). No. 5 has 2 x double beds and No. 6 has a king bed. Both bedrooms access an ensuite bathroom.
UPPER COTTAGE contains a kitchenette, combined dining room/lounge room (with sofa & single bed), ensuite bathroom and bedroom (No. 7).

BEDROOM LAYOUT

* Main House (bedrooms 1-4)
3 x king beds and 2 x single beds (one is a trundle). One of the king beds can be made into 2 x single beds (upon request). Sleeps eight people. Built-in wardrobes in bedrooms 1 and 2. **There is also a portable cot in the wardrode.

* Lower Cottage (bedrooms 5 and 6)
Has a seperate entrance. Bedroom no. 5 has 2x double beds. Bedroom no. 6 has 1x king bed. Sleeps up to six people .

* Upper Cottage (bedroom 7)
A king bed and a single bed. - sleeps up to three people. Built-in wardrobe.

There is off-street parking for four cars (two undercover).
Extensive gardens with shaded areas, tables & chairs, gazebo, two large BBQ\'s, clothes line, decks and balconies.
There is an abundance of flora/fauna in the lush sub-tropical bush setting obvious to you as you walk around the property\'s pathways.

Why not bask in the sun on the north facing balcony?
Read a book in the tranquil bush-view fully screend & shaded verandah?
Take a bush walk through to Mollymook Bowling Club (less than five mins walk) or to glorious Narrawallee Beach (less than ten mins walk)?
The kids may prefer to splash and paddle in the safety of the nearby Narawallee inlet/oasis? Bring an inflatable boat and tow the kids around the inlet or swim across into the crystal clear depths?
Curl-up to an in-room DVD or (in Winter) put another log on the fire.

You and Medusa?

MEDUSA is ideally suitable for large extended families or groups of families/friends wanting to stay together to socialise. There is plenty of space for peace & quiet too, or to get away form the family crowd. Medusa is in easy walking distance to two of the finest beaches the South Coast has to offer. The fenced secure property allows children to run around from sunrise to sunset. Make use of the new KITCHEN & APPLICANCES (Jun 09) faciliites or choose from the many local clubs, cafes and restaurants near by. The local fish co-op is a must for fresh seafood.
