This was an excellent experience from start to finish. The owners were extremely friendly in the lead up to our stay and the house itself was the perfect size for a big family get together.
Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the house but also the little things such as TV's in all the bedrooms, range of DVDs including some great kids shows to keep the little ones entertained on any wet days and a book shelf full for the adults who may want to sit quietly in a corner.
Lastly loved the big outdoor room connected to the house that is surrounded in wire mesh. This meant even when you were not using it you could open it up to the house to let in fresh air without the risk of insects and mosquitos.
Would recommend this house for any large get togethers.

We really enjoyed our stay at Medusa, the cottages were beautiful and relaxing . It suited my family���s needs completely. As I have my two sons��� families it was quite an ���ask��� but MEDUSA filled the bill exactly. We all had our privacy but were able to come together as a family unit for meals etc. The bottom family room was ideal for relaxing with a book or just lazing about in conversation, especially looking out into all that bush and wild life
We were able to get in a swim at the beach and a game of lawn bowls at the local club. Even though Saturday was very wet we took ourselves off to Ulladulla for the day, and the kids enjoyed an afternoon at FUNLAND
We were very impressed and would like to return again ��� hopefully to be able to take advantage of the bush walks and more of the surrounding areas

An excellent house making for a perfect weekend! My second time staying at Medusa, and it was just as good as the first time. Large, clean, beautiful garden and contains everything you need.
Perfect for a large group of friends with huge communal areas, while also being spread out enough to give people space to do what they want.

We had the most fabulous Christmas week at Medusa. Heaps of space for my whole immediate family. There was even a christmas tree there for us to use. Great house, great spot, great beaches etc. We will definately come again.

Love, love, love Medusa! Being there was a fantastic experience. We were there for my mum's 60th birthday celebration + the whole weekend was so special. There was plenty of room for meals, playing cards, drinks + just to kick back in the outdoor alfresco area (my fav space) to listen to the host of native frogs + birds. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. We will be back :) :) :)

Medusa was absolutely perfect for our family celebration - wonderful comfortable beds, lovely decor, heaps of room for all of us either to get together (GREAT dining table which we could all fit around) or find some space. Th kids loved the loft style bedroom and claimed it as their own. Everything we needed was right there and we were surrounded by beautiful bush land complete with lots of native birds and the occasional possum! Three days was way too short and we definitely plan to go back.

Once again our extended family of 16 were all very comfortably accomodated at Medusa. It's such a fantastic place and it is beginning to feel like a second home (this was our 3rd visit)! My nieces from Geneva were really pleased when we told them that's where our family reunion was going to be and within about 30 minutes of our arrival the young ones had taken over the lounge area whilst we oldies sat around the dining table drinking tea, wine etc....
It was just so nice to be able to dine in and not worry about having enough crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. The bedrooms were as comfy as always - with beautiful linen and luxurious towels. Just perfect!
Thanks again for making our biannual family reunion such a success.

Medusa is a great place to stay if holidaying on the South Coast. We had a large family gathering for a special celebration and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend. Our needs were well catered for. Especially loved the comfortable beds and quality linen which made sleeping a "dream". Medusa is set in an a relaxing lush bushland setting but within very close proximity to the beautiful Narrawallee and Mollymook beaches. Thoroughly recommend Medusa to anyone wanting a great weekend away shared with a large group of family or friends.

We absolutely loved this place! The photos didn���t do it justice! It was soooo fabulous, clean, modern and spacious! We walked in and couldn���t help but gasp with shock at how beautiful and big it was. I���m having my wedding in Mollymook in March 2013 and I want to book this place again for friends and relatives. It would be absolutely prefect! It is so close to everything but you still feel like you���re staying in a rainforest hideaway surrounded by beautiful gardens and lush bushland. Two nights were not enough and we were so disappointed to have to leave. Every one of my girlfriends (13 of us) that stayed there will be recommending Medusa to others without a doubt.

Medusa was a wonderful venue for our extended family get together. There was plenty of space for people to either be together or to get away for some quiet time. We all loved sitting in the gorgeous screened verandah feeling the breeze and listening to the sounds of the bush. It was great to have several living areas to choose from so some could watch TV while others could have peace and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cater for our group, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I'd definitely come back next time I need a place for a large group.

The Medusa was a wonderful location to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary with all the family. It was big enough to get away from each other while also providing communal areas in which we could gather. The house was beautiful. The verandah could not have been more beautiful. It was nice having a cottage out the back if there were some people that wanted to escape, they could watch a movie out that back quietly. It was beautifully place as the beach was a quick 20 minute walk and an IGA only 10 minutes away. I recommend everyone who wants to go to Mollymook stay here as it was just a perfect week away.

My family had a wonderful stay at Medusa. The house layout was excellent for accommodating the large family gathering we held over the weekend of our week long stay. The location is beautiful, I loved sitting outside on the many verandah's and balconies, just soaking up the sounds of the wildlife inhabiting the surrounding bushland. We particularly enjoyed our encounters with the local family of possums who didn't seem at all put out by our presence. The house location provided us with pleasurable base from which we had easy access to the many other beautiful places of interest in the local area. My family and I thank you Medusa, for a lovely, week long period of relaxation.

We recently stayed at Medusa for a family reunion in June 2011. We all had a great time and loved the house, facilities and gardens. We stayed in the middle of winter and were still able to enjoy a sunny morning at the beach. The house was really well set out with plenty of room to spend time as a group or find a quiet spot to flick through a magazine. The highlight for the kids was the loft bedroom, very cool! I would happily recommend Medusa and hope to return in the not too distant future.

What a beautiful hideaway you have. We all agreed that we had a fantastic stay with the kids saying it was the best holiday they had ever had. Just what we wanted, with plenty of room, great beds, great showers, packed full of ambience and a wonderful setting to talk about old times. It was fantastic to catch up with our family after quite some time and we have decided we need to do it every second year and call it "Return to Medusa". The kids loved the yard and the fact that they could play hide and seek outside and there were plenty of little nooks for them to hide in. The adults loved it because the kids could play hide and seek outside without us worrying. We also found a huge orange mushroom behind the rotunda which had the kids very excited. They asked could they eat it but we decided not to.

fabulous house for large family (or group) - plenty of space and at least every one gets a bed 14 family members were in mollymook for four nights and four days - this place was so perfect for a large group as we could spread out if needing space yet come together in areas that were large enough to seat this many people

An absolutely perfect property. Very well equipped and loads of space. We had 11 people staying all meeting each other for the first time prior to our wedding and it could not have been any better - privacy when needed and lots of communal space too. Had we known quite how good it was we probably would have got married in Mollymook and stayed on!! PS Don't be put off by the approach through suburbia - it is a hidden gem.

Medusa was perfect for our extended family of 15 people spending a week in Mollymook. The layout of the house is great - everyone can come together for a family meal (easily put together with the very well stocked kitchen) and there are also enough spaces for people to have their own quiet time. The location is awesome - a beautiful aspect looking out over forest combined with a few minutes stroll to the beach or the local bowls club. I travelled to Medusa with 12 friends for a Mollymook wedding and we had such a wonderful time at the house. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury and the little touches, like fresh white towels and beautiful outdoor furniture. The house was spotless and inviting, with plenty of room for everyone and different spaces to chill out. Books, DVDs and CDs are supplied! It's lovely being close to nature and hearing the birdsong in the morning. Beautiful location & fabulous house.

We had a great stay at Medusa. Its such a good place for a large family gathering. It worked really well the bride and bridesmaid got ready there and the photographer took some great shots. The big windows in the lounge room with the trees in the background gave some great backdrops. He also took some photos of Karley in the gardens with the pergola in the background. The wedding went off really well and the Mollymook Golf club was a great venue.
We will definitely use the house again when we next have a family reunion.

Arrived at Medusa for the October long weekend with 8 adults and 6 kids. The property was more than we imagined. Not only did the kids have plenty of room to run around outside and enjoy the lovely gardens, the adults had plenty of spaces within the home and around to have a quiet moment. Was great to be able to all sit at the table together for meals and keep out of each others hair when needed. Nothing was left out for us to totally enjoy our stay, right down to the fresh white towels and complimentary jelly snakes...

Our second visit to Medusa was just as good as last year. All 6 couples loved the house and facilities. We got the courtesy bus to and from the Golf Club for dinner on Saturday night - really convenient and had a great meal. From champagne, cheese and biscuits on the verandah to DVDs and coffee in the lounge room, Medusa pleases everyone. Can't wait til next visit.

The house, location and everything that is supplied made Mum's 70th a special and memorable event.. Mum especially liked the large selection of music! We got to meet the friendly resident kookaburras and possum and the kids loved exploring the gardens. For a large family ranging from 2 to 70 Medusa caters for everyone and every need. We have all said we need to get together like that again so will definitely be considering Medusa again in the future. Thank you so much for the perfect place, making it the perfect weekend. We had a terrific weekend and enjoyed ourselves immensely. The property was very comfortable and we really appreciated the dishwasher, big screen TV (the soccer world cup was enjoyable), the fire place and the comfortable beds complete with 5 star bed linen and towels. The outdoor sitting will be perfect in summer but still enjoyable. Even the fishing at Ulladulla was great ! Happy to recommend to our friends and will surely consider for the future

A beautiful, comfortable escape from the city. There's plenty of space for a big group of adults, a fantastic kitchen and dining area, a cosy fireplace and a great tv area. It's set on a suburban street but back from the road so that it feels much more remote. A lovely place to relax.

We had a wonderful stay at Medusa; the weather was in our favour, even if it was cold .. brrr! We cycled up to the ranges, and paddled out to sea, and generally had a really good time with all our friends. It�s a great location and a really nice house.

We had such a wonderful time at Medusa and I would definitely come back again and would strongly recommend it to my friends. The house was perfectly designed to fit in the bush setting. The location was perfect and close to very good restaurants such as Cupitts Winery Restaurant. The beds were very comfortable and appreciated the good quality linen and towels. The rooms were very well designed, the house was well-provided and warm in winter. We even watched the disappointing French Open Women's final in the lounge room. It was also quiet and everyone had a good rest and sleep. The kitchen was well equipped, the diswasher was very efficient.

The Medusa house was excellent and we had a great time in Mollymook including an outstanding dinner at Rick Stein's at Bannisters. We all thought the house was one of the best we have stayed in especially because of the fantastic large kitchen, dining area and the outdoor verandah area.

14 of us from the informal 'Dickson Swimmers' group (ACT) ventured down for the annual Mollymook Ocean Swim. Perfect weather, warm water and fantastic accommodation ensured that we had a cracking weekend. Medusa was perfect for the large group with the open living space, bed & bath arrangements and that fantastic enclosed entertaining area overlooking the bush (which was buzzing with activity all weekend!). Of course the food and coffee at nearby Milton also went down a treat. We'll definitely be back next year to enjoy the pleasures of M3 (Milton, Mollymook and Medusa).

We really did enjoy our stay at your wonderful house and everyone in our
group commented on how well it was fitted out and the little extras you
included - TVs everywhere, great sound system, stacks of CDs, magazines and
books, a marvellously equipped kitchen with every gadget - and much more.
They are all very keen to return.
We went to the Milton Easter Markets on Saturday and bent the credit cards a
bit with shopping and then to Cupitt's Winery for lunch on Easter Sunday -
what a fabulous outlook! We can recommend this as a "must visit" to anyone
staying at your lovely home. We bought delicious fresh seafood at the
Ulladulla fish co-op on the wharf at Wason Street.

Medusa is ideally located in Mollymook. We fished, suufed & ate, all within easy distance of the accommodation. With a bright interior, & heaps of space, this is one of the best house stays I have used. We will be back

Thank you, we really enjoyed the beautiful house and surrounding beaches. It was a perfect location to bring friends and family together from far away. We particularly appreciated the well stocked facilities and the separate house was perfect for us to include friends with a young baby, as this provided a quieter sleeping option for him.

We thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. Its a very comfortable place, with lots of privacy. Beds were perfect and linen very clean. The surrounding bush setting was tranquil. And lots of places to escape from others and curl up with a book and cuppa.

It is hard to find a holiday house for 8 adults and 3 teenagers, so we were delighted to find Medusa. It is very spacious and very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday! Close to lovely beaches and rolling hills. A place to remember.....

A great place to stay for our family New Year. There was plenty of room for 9 adults and 5 children to eat, sleep and relax. It was well equipped-over and above what you find in most holiday accommodation. The beach was a short drive away, and the towns of Milton and Ulladulla nearby. Bannisters Day Spa & Rick Stein's restaurant well worth a visit. We had a fantastic time and would recommend this as a great place to stay.

We had a lovely Christmas with our extended family at Medusa. There was no problem with space at all, and we had 11 Adults and 3 Children! The enclosed outdoor area was beautiful and the general accommodation was outstanding. We did not need anything. There was even a Christmas tree with lights!

We needed a large enough venue for a family reunion and this home was so well equipped and comfortable that all we had to do was walk in and enjoy ourselves.
An added bonus was the bush surrounds and its close proximity to 2 beaches.
Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the house. It was so relaxing - one of our friends said
she felt like she'd been away for a couple of weeks! The house was
impeccable with a beautiful aspect of being surrounded by the bush and
birds. We especially enjoyed the outdoor room with all the benefits of
screening but still feeling like you are outdoors.

It was the perfecyt location for the teams trip to the South Coast. It slept all of us comfortable and provided a great place to chat and enjoy a few beers looking out over the bush. I would highly recommend this place to groupd looking for a comfortable locations to relax and enjoy themselves!

Thank you very much for the opportunity to stay at Medusa.
We had a very enjoyable stay - despite rather unpredictable weather along
the entire eastern seaboard - and all 15 of us including four adult couples
were most comfortably accommodated.
In fact, we had just as much fun indoors with cards, DVDs, Scrabble, board
games, eating, drinking and chatting etc as we did outdoors with the
wonderful beaches, headlands, forests, lagoon and near-by towns and country
region to explore.
We look forward to returning soon.

We booked the venue to celebrate our father's 70th birthday and had people travelling from all over the place to join in. The whole family really enjoyed the weekend and the Medusa contributed to that. The spacious rooms and excellent facilities made our stay so comfortable. Everyone commented on how nice the beds were and it was great not having to supply linen etc. Thanks so much for providing such a lovely venue which made Dad's birthday an extra special occasion.

Thanks Kevin. Medusa was excellent and everyone in our group enjoyed their stay. We felt that we were living the 'Entourage' lifestyle in the luxury sprawling house, featuring TVs in each room and the great outlook from most rooms to the Aussie bush. The screened outside area was great for lazing around listening to bird calls and chatting with friends. Not having to take linen and the fully equipped kitchen was great and made things easy. We'll be back!

Wow what a lovely place to stay!! Thank you for taking so much care and making Medusa such a fabulous place to stay. The property is designed for maximum comfort including the most comfortable beds and a gorgeous covered outdoor area with day bed, tables and chairs and a fridge. I am so pleased I found Medusa on the web. It met our needs perfectly - large enough for our family of 13, with enough secluded areas for peaceful reflection when needed.
We were so comfortable - everyhing we needed was at our fingertips. The individual TV's/DVD's ensured no arguments between the adults and kids although we all gathered in the entertainment room to watch the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games on the widescreen TV on our first night.
Thank you for providing such a luxurious retreat for our special weekend - we are already planning our next family reunion in 2 years' time!

What a peaceful and relaxing setting. Medusa offered everything we were expecting and more.
From the moment we entered Medusa we felt at home.
We were at Mollymook for a wedding and the accommodation suited us perfectly.
Medusa is perfect for large families and groups and is also the perfect place for everyone to get together.
Will definitely be back when staying in Mollymook. Would not even consider anywhere else.

A quick note to say how much we enjoyed the facilities and ambience at Medusa. The linen, bedding, towels etc were excellent as were the audio visual facilities. The two seperate living areas provided by the cottage and house were just what we were looking for for our family gathering.The peace and tranquility of the forest setting with its bird noises was very relaxing.
