"This is a fantstic house. Clean, bright and roomy. The fully equipped kitchen and laundry had everything we wanted. Great location. Just around the corner from cafes, pubs, bars and shops - all from the lovely art deco period. Just a short stroll to the city - it was hard to say how long it took because we stopped at all the shops along the way! Highly recommended."

"Our stay at this accommodation was excellent. The house is very spacious and comfortable. This place is like a holiday home without having to buy one! It's central to the vibrant Mt Lawley entertainment strip and very close to the CBD. Loved the place and made all the difference during my trip to Perth, would highly recommend it! This place is better than most hotels in the CBD, runs smoothly and Sandy was very helpful with any queries."

"This place was great,it had everything we wanted.It is a great location not far from the city. We ended up dining out quite frequently just a five minute stroll down the road where there is an abundance of restaurants and cafes which was great because we didn't have to drive after a social drink or three. We were thinking about staying here or at a motel and decided to stay here due to more space to move around as there was five of us. It didn't disappoint and I would definitely recommend it to anyone especially a family or group."
