Fantastic property in beautiful location. We had two families stay and the house accommodated us well. With two toddlers in our group we appreciated the gate being available for the stairwell. Terrific kitchen and outdoor bbq area (though the hotplates were a little tricky to use). Table tennis table was a hit with children and grown ups! I couldnt speak highly enough of this property and how much fun we had staying there. I was apart of a wedding party that stayed there. The groomsmen stayed there the night before the wedding having a ball playing pool and table tennis and playing golf. Then the bridal party got ready at the beautiful house and just had to walk out onto the 8th Tee for the ceremony. The photographer took great photos before hand that were made easy by the high standard of the interior. We cant wait to go back and stay again!

THIS PROPERTY IS PERFECT FOR ANY TYPE OF GETAWAY, FAMILY HOLIDAY WITH THE KIDS OR A WEEK OF GOLF AND RELAXING. I had forgotten my hair dryer and was very pleased to of found one in the bathroom.
The location is ideal and very close to shops, restaurants and entertainment but who needed to go anywhere when the house was full of entertainment.

Stayed with 2 couples for 2 nights. An ideal place for a relaxing winter (or summer) weekend. The fit out is good quality with a spacious layout and impressive views over Victor Harbor and Hindmarsh Valley. Its placement on the edge of the golf course and easy access to the golf club facilities together with the downstairs entertainment area (pool table, table tennis) means that there is plenty to do. Golf & Sea Holidays is a beautifully appointed, luxurious 2 storey house which is ideally located and has gorgeous views of the golf course and of Victor Harbor. The house itself is in immaculate condition - very modern and very clean. Adults and children alike will love the pool table, table tennis tennis table and Play Station II... We were very pleasantly surprised to find such a stunning property available at such a competitive rental rate. This house is definitely value for money. The owners are very attentive and lovely to deal with. We would highly recommend this property to anyone considering holidaying in the Victor Harbor precinct.

I stayed at this property over a period of 2 nights. This property is big enough for the amount of people recommended. It is well furnished with modern fittings and fixtures. We enjoyed this property so much we did not leave the place to explore Victor Harbor. I would definitely be recommending this place to family and friends. It is enough for entertaining with the upstairs and downstairs lounge. We have stayed at other places in Victor Harbor and this would have to be the best so far for the price we have paid. Well worth the visit!

Traveling to Victor Harbor for a wedding, I booked the house for us and a few couples to share. We were instantly amazed at the size, the views, the luxuries and the ample areas to socialise and relax. Other friends from the wedding visited us and were also amazed at the place, jealous they proclaimed we had the best house in the area which we didn't argue. If we ever return to SA and Victor Harbor, we will surely stay here again.

The house was presented to us in amazing condition. We had the best sleeps, the linen was great quality and we couldn't believe we were provided with sherriden towels!!. Everything we needed was availible to us in the kitchen, we loved being able to relax in this house. It had so much room, the couches were so comfortable. The veiw from the balcony was amazing and we had great weather in Victor to compliment our stay. Thank you so much. Enfield Hockey Club Girls will be back.

This place was absolutely AWESOME, incredible, amazing, and fantastic value for money.
The surroundings as you looked out onto the golf course from the balcony was relaxing.
Everything about the place from the beds, the decore, the appliances, the crockery, the furniture etc was first class!
Extremely clean, and no smells (except for the luxurious smell of the leather lounges in both the upstairs living area and the downstairs games area.)
The proprieters were highly professional, helpful, and good communicators.
I can not recommend this place enough! 8 of us stayed there for the weekend, and each one loved the house. We have already booked for next year!

The Villa was beautiful and had ample space. The beds were clean, comfortable and the kitchen was comprehensive, with good-quality appliances and a good range of plates, forks, spoons etc. My teenage kids loved the pool table - a plus point in the evenings! There was a washing machine but unfortunately, no dryer. We felt safe at night with the alarm system. Moreover, the owners were nice and professional in their communication with us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in a wonderful villa!

I found Kym and Julie great to deal with and prompt with their responses to any and every question I had - even when I locked myself out of the house!
The house was clean, spacious and well appointed. The layout was perfect for a family with teenage children as they spent the majority of time downstairs with the pool table and PS2 whilst the adults spent their time upstairs on the balcony sipping wine and enjoying the fabulous views.
I found the house to be great value for money when compared with the other properties in and around VIctor Harbour.

We really enjoyed our stay at Golf and Sea Holiday house.The house is beautiful and is a great place for anyone with teenagers.
They have their own room downstairs with pool table, bar fridge,TV etc.The adults can sit upstairs and watch a DVD on the Plasma TV while relaxing on the gorgeous leather lounge. Breakfast on the balcony, while watching the golfers, was a fantastic start to each day.
We would definately stay again, and have recommend the house to family and friends.

Within minutes of relaxing on the balcony overlooking the golf course, we all felt right at home in this property! We extended our stay an extra night as we weren't ready to leave! The location is fantastic, 2 minutes in to Victor & a great spot for morning walks around the course. We don't even play golf but we loved it here. The house is very clean, modern, spacious & has everything you'll need. We will definitely stay again next time we're down at Victor Harbor. Thanks Kym for making our stay so enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was so much more than we could have hoped for and we were all (2 families) very comfortable. The only complaint that we had was that we hadn't arranged to spend more time in this awesome house in such a fantastic part of the country. We will be recommending Golf & Sea Holidays to all of our friends - and anyone else who will listen! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!!

the house was beautiful its has everything you need with a stunning balcony we you could have a BBQ and just relax and look over the golf course while watching the sun go down with the view of the ocean and the hills.i would recommend you stay there.I would choose to stay again next time i head to victor harbour.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Golf and Sea Holiday Home � how could we not?. It really is a beautiful home with every modern convenience at your fingertips. We were totally impressed with the cleanliness of the home and the very high standard of furnishings and fittings. Sitting out on the huge balcony, looking out over McCracken Estate, with the Bluff and hills framing a sunny blue sky was just so relaxing. We will most definitely be back and highly recommended it to others.

The house was wonderful. Beautiful views of the golf course and coast, very quiet location. The kitchen and appliances were fantastic and the two living areas was great with the kids. We had a very enjoyable week.

An outstanding property. Very comfortable, modern home with fantastic european appliances and superb decor to match. A great location, close to the beach & shops & the balcony overlooking the McCracken Golf Club offered many hours of very peaceful relaxation. The best holiday home we have stayed in!!!

After a day at the beach, climbing the bluff or walking around Granite Island it was great to return to the luxury of this more than comfortable accomodation. Quality fittings, tasteful furnishinings and sensational views!

Excellent holiday home with great views all round. Very spacious for the 8 of us staying there.
Being able to take a short walk led you straight to Victor Harbor itself!

A delightful place to stay, I only wish it were longer. The upstairs was absolutely lovely, complete with a balcony showing great views. The large kitchen was well equipped and the kind that makes you want to cook up a banquet.
The perfect place to go to unwind and relax. You instantly feel comfortable upon unlocking the door. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Thank you for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home. Absolutely modern and very up to date with its contempary design, appliances and furniture. The golf course kept the men busy and being minutes away from the town centre was a treat for the ladies. We stayed with 6 other friends - ample space. We had a fantastic time and would definately be keen on staying again. 10 out of 10!
