The perfect holiday in this very comfortable sunny beach house, set amongst a very pretty native garden. There is a large open fire to curl up with a good book in Winter plus a wall heater for general warmth.
It's an easy walk to the Bay and Surf beaches, Portsea pub and to the local shops. Situated near Sorrento golf course.
There is a digital flat screen television, DVD and CD player supplied.
There are two new bathrooms (1 ensuite)
The kitchen is well equipped with new stove and hotplate, dishwasher and microwave.
The laundry has a fully automatic washing machine and dryer.
The rear garden is enclosed for safety. and there are two decks to catch the sun. Outdoor settings and BBQ supplied.
Off street parking for car and boat.
The township of Sorrento is a short drive/bus/walk away with cafes, boutiques and fabulous homeware shops. You can stroll through antique shops and galleries.
There are two championship Golf Courses very nearby. ENJOY!

Sleeping Configuration

This property sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The configuration is a queen with ensuite,a double and two singles in two other bedrooms and a main bathroom and separate WC. There is another single roll away for a child.
Bedding supplied to tenant includes pillows, doonas and blankets.
Linen- All linen can be supplied and quoted on request

Beachwood is the perfect place to relax at the beach and read a book. Enjoy a magnificent coastal Clifftop bay or surfside walk or take your clubs for a game of golf which is very popular on the peninsula. There are many magnificent golf courses on the peninsula and also at both the Sorrento and Portsea Golf Courses very nearby.
The famous historic quarantine station where the first settlers landed is right at the end of Portsea on the tip of the peninsula, well worth a visit to bike ride, walk or take the little train to the fort tunnels.
The township of Sorrento is short drive/walk from the house with its cafes, boutiques and fabulous homewares shops. You can stroll through its Antique shops and galleries.
There is a day spa for the pampering you need.
The restaurants and local pubs are friendly and serve great meals.
There is a cinema in the town
Portsea is a vibrant and a fun place to have summer holidays or a relaxing quiet Winter holiday.
