Description

Modern 2 storey, 4 bedroom house. Can sleep 10 plus, great for 2 families. Modern kitchen and all appliances, 40" LCD full HD TV, 2 bathrooms and toilets, spa bath, 2 deck areas, separate living areas and air conditioning upstairs. Off-street parking available (3-4 cars). No parking on road.
Bookings and rates during schoolies period (late Nov-early Dec) to be advised on request and subject to discretion of the owners.

Sleeping configuration can sleep 10 plus:
Master bedroom upstairs with queen size bed sleeps 2.
3 bedrooms downstairs -
2nd bedroom can sleep 3 (double bed and top bunk),
3rd bedroom can sleep 3 (Double bed with single slide-out trundle bed).
4th bedroom can sleeps 3 (2 single beds and single slide-out trundle bed).
Futon in downstairs living area can sleep 2.
Additional bedding can be arranged on request.

Quiet setting, enjoy the views over the fairway, pleasant walk or short drive to Lorne centre and to safe patrolled beaches, walk to boutiques, shops, cafes and beach, short walk to supermarket, play golf across the road. Check to see if the Golf club bar and bistro is open. It is just up the road and enjoy a drink, lunch or dinner at reasonable prices when open, while enjoying the magnificent panoramic and ocean views. The Golf club also has tennis courts (need to check if open). On the foreshore there is a big skate park and big new adventure playground for the kids, enjoy bush or beach walks, feed the kookaburras. May see whales in late July early Aug around Lorne, check with Tourist Information Centre for sightings. Explore the Great Ocean Road and coast, the Otways, waterfalls, Teddy's lookout, go fishing, swimming and surfing, eat at excellent restaurants and cafes, short walk to the swing bridge where they have paddle boats or have breakfast or a cuppa at the Swingbridge cafe, party at the Lorne Hotel or go to the cinema for latest movies. Have a BBQ at the coin operated electric BBQs on the forshore. Lots to do!
