Situated on the same property these two dwellings can be rented separately or combined to form a larger home. They each have own entrances and the privacy of separate courtyards and gardens but can be coupled by opening a large gate allowing access between outdoor entertaining areas.

COSY CORNER COTTAGE is a 2 bedroom (both with q/size beds) 1 bathroom cottage Newly renovated, the best of 1950's style remains, and coupled with modern conveniences this holiday home will please. Some features include: Polished jarrah floors, a stainless steel fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate living areas, bright white wooden shutters to all windows, look great and provide added security.
Dining 'alfresco'? Cosy Corner Cottage has a large, private outdoor entertaining deck and BBQ pit, gas supplied.

Off street parking for 2 cars.
A complimentary 'starter kit' of groceries, laundry powder and personal soap is provided on arrival.

COSY CORNER STUDIO is open plan living, with french doors opening to a large private courtyard canopied by leafy trees and shade sails.
The main area- living/bedroom- has two kingsize single beds, this is separated from the equipped kitchenette by an elegant arte deco partition. Cooking is outdoor only, using a mini electric bbq/oven situated in the courtyard. A wall of built-in robes house TV VHS, electronic safe, hanging space. The ensuite is cleverly housed behind what would appear to be another built-in-wardrobe. The studio too is a gallery of original artwork.
Full reverse cycle air conditioning.
Cars are able to park on the verge immediately in front of the Studio grounds. NOTE: The booking calendar does not accommodate the studio. Studio rate is $110 p/n (2011/12). Please refer to studio specifically in your enquiry.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY

Cosy corner management makes every attempt to use environmentally thoughtful cleaning products which renders this accommodation ideal for asthmatic and allergy sufferers.

The properties are serviced weekly. If a more frequent servicing is required this can be arranged on request, for an additional fee.

Guest are requested to consider removing their shoes when inside the cottage and studio as management uses Enjo products where possible, (water and natural fibres).

Guests are asked to be mindful of their use of power, gas and water resource.

Guests are asked NOT TO SMOKE indoors.

Cosy Corner Cottage & Studio is located 3 mins walk east of Monument Hill Park (the hightest point in Fremantle) which overlooks Fremantle City Centre.

A 15 minute walk into town, 5 minute drive.

Public bus transport 5 min walk to main road. Bus stops at the Freo railway station. Buses every 20 mins.

Close to CAT free bus service into town.
This bus completes a circuit of Fremantle every 10 mins.

Hop on hop off. Couldn't be easier.
