There is a large upstairs decking area with BBQ as well as an entertaining area downstairs with an outdoor hot tub.The house has central aircon / heating and there is ample off road carparking for at least 5 cars.


There is a fully equipped kitchen.

The house is within a 5 minute drive to 4 golf courses, wineries, the beach, the township of Rye and the Peninsula Hot Springs.

We also have our Beach Bathing Box which is situated right on Capel Sound Foreshore beach at nearby Rosebud West and well equipped with table, chairs, sink, running water, paddle board and you can even run the TV via the generator.....the perfect Beach Escape. NB: There is an extra charge for use of the Beach Box, please enquire for weekly hire.
