As you enter the Villa there is an instant charm and karma that draws you in and settles you for a relaxed stay.
Rich ochre rendered walls,exposed beams,terrocatta tiles,combustion stove and open fire all help create perfect ambience for a well deserved getaway.

The 12 seater rustic table,huge open plan kitchen/living room and walk through larder immediately conjures images of Roman style feasts,goblets of great wine and some good conversation and laughter to be shared with a group of friends.
The Villa allows all 8 guests a feeling of space, it is not often a group of friends can getaway, have their OWN bed but still enjoy their group time. Plenty of tranquil space where you can sneak off and have some well deserved ' me time' as well.[a soak in the claw bath, read a book in front of the fire or find a spot in the sun]

About Us

The Villa is situated in Stanley a well known fruit and nut growing area. Nearly every season you will experience the exquisite produce.
Cherries, assorted berries,chestnuts apples and pears and at some places you can pick your own.

Only 10 minutes drive from Historic Beechworth. 1 hours drive to neighbouring ski villages, within ½ hr to 1hrs drive to 3 Food and Wine districts ( King Valley, Rutherglen and Beechworth/Alpine areas)

The Villa is set on 3 acres and is fully self contained featuring 6 bedrooms [8 individual beds]

Ideal for a group of friends to just sit and catch up on old times. We can help arrange tours to our local wineries,breweries,events and golf clubs.

Our couples and ladies groups may wish to take advantage of the 'retreat' style accomodation and look at calling on one of our listed treatment providers to the villa.
We can also highly recommend beechworth's own Day spa.

Things to do

The Stanley Pub is with in walking distance or perhaps the Beechworth Restaurants/cafes are a great alternative but we recommend you book ahead.

For those more active take a walk or ride around Stanley where you will find little bush tracks or venture into the pine forest at the end of the lane. Many cyclist ride to Beechworth and hit the’ rail trail’.
Maybe a hit of tennis at the local reserve or a game of soccer within the villa’s 3 acres.
Don’t forget the bocce game after a lazy lunch on the front lawn to bring out the true talent of some of your fellow guests.
